A Famous Smallville Location Is Indeed In The “Elseworlds” Crossover

The Kent House from Smallville appears to be in this year’s Elseworlds crossover involving Supergirl, The Flash, and Arrow.

When Melissa Benoist shared a photo of herself, Tyler Hoechlin, and Elizabeth Tulloch on a farm earlier today, it showed us that the “Elseworlds” crossover would be visiting Clark Kent’s home town of Smallville. Later, when Stephen Amell shared a picture on Twitter, the farm land looked awfully familiar, though some of Jonathan Kent’s famous cows didn’t seem to be present.

Some pictures taken on Instagram by Melissa Benoist, however, now reveal something bigger: They’re not just in Smallville… they’re directly referencing a famous location from the 2001-2011 Smallville series! We weren’t sure this would be a thing that would happen, considering that the farm was for sale a few years ago…. but yep. This is clearly the famous yellow house that Grant Gustin is walking around in front of. It looks like the image is reversed, but it definitely looks like the same house, with the same steps, the same railings, and the same farm land. If we’re wrong, we’ll own up to it, but it’s looking like a sure thing. (Having been to the house, the back porch might very well be the same as the front, just flip-flopped, so maybe it’s not a reversed photo at all.)

Now, the only thing missing from the crossover is Tom Welling. Get on that, people?

You can see the photos below if you don’t believe us. This year’s DC TV crossover airs December 9, 10, and 11 on The CW.

UPDATE: We have confirmed it: It is indeed the Kent Farm set from Smallville. Get excited, and get speculating!

Well, my excitement level has officially gone through the roof!!! I am geeking out so hard over here !!! Just the prospect of visiting Smallville and A version of the Kent Farm had me so hyped, but the fact that it is THE Kent Farm from Smallville just makes this PERFECT !!! I have a feeling that I’m going to get a similar feeling seeing it again in “Elseworlds” that I get when we see Smallville High again for the final time in the Smallville episode “Homecoming” ! The Arrowverse has always done a super job paying homage to Smallville, and this is one of the best examples of it!

Emmanuelle Chriqui has checked in as Lana Lang for the Superman & Lois series finale.

Another returning actor has been confirmed for the Superman & Lois series finale.

We had already seen that Tayler Buck (Natalie) would be back for the finale; now also via Instagram we see that Emmanuelle Chriqui (Lana Lang) will be back for the final episode as well.

“SO many emotions… much more later,” she captioned it.

Tyler Hoechlin (Clark), Elizabeth Tulloch (Lois), Alex Garfin (Jordan), Michael Bishop (Jonathan), and Michael Cudlitz (Lex Luthor) are the only series regulars who will be returning in that status for the final season, but most of the actors not on that list, including Chriqui, Buck, Wolé Parks, Dylan Walsh, Sofia Hasmik, and Erik Valdez, are expected to make guest appearances in Season 4.

As revealed earlier this week by Bitsie Tulloch, the series finale is called “It Went By So Fast.” The fourth and final season will consist of only ten episodes, with the last one currently filming as we speak. Superman & Lois Season 4 is scheduled to premiere this Fall on The CW; follow @KryptonSite on Twitter/X for continued updates about the new season! And if you’d like to see what Emmanuelle posted on Instagram, you can see an embed below.

Season three of SUPERMAN & LOIS opens weeks after Superman’s blowout defeat of Ally Allston. Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) and Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) are now working at the Smallville Gazette together and enjoying small town life. But the Kents’ romantic bliss only shines a light on how isolating “the secret” can be, as Chrissy (Sofia Hasmik) struggles to balance a new love interest and her friendship with Lois. However, Lois’ own work-life balance is put to the test when an undercover assignment reveals a deadly foe that promises to change the Kent family forever. Superman would move heaven and earth for his family, but with a villain this merciless, even that might not be enough. Meanwhile, the Kent boys find themselves being pulled in opposite directions as Jordan (Alex Garfin) discovers what a superhero-identity really means and Jonathan (Michael Bishop) searches for purpose beyond the football field. Amid all this upheaval, John Henry (Wolé Parks) is haunted by his doppelgänger’s past, leading to dangerous consequences for him and Natalie (Tayler Buck). Lana Lang (Emmanuelle Chriqui) and Kyle (Erik Valdez) redefine their family post-separation, while Sarah (Inde Navarrette) explores what the future holds for her and Jordan now that she knows the truth about his powers. Having learned the hard way that no one else can be trusted to work with Superman, General Samuel Lane (Dylan Walsh) reclaims his post at the Department of Defense, only to face his own conflict in working with his grandson, Jordan.

SUPERMAN & LOIS stars Tyler Hoechlin as Clark Kent/Superman, Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane, Alex Garfin as Jordan Kent, Michael Bishop as Jonathan Kent, Alexander Erik Valdez as Kyle Cushing, Inde Navarrette as Sarah Cushing, Wolé Parks as Henry Irons, Tayler Buck as Natalie Irons Sofia Hasmik as Chrissy Beppo, Chad L. Coleman as Bruno Mannheim, with Dylan Walsh as General Samuel Lane and Emmanuelle Chriqui as Lana Lang Cushing.

Adding to the recent news about the casting of Douglas Smith as Jimmy Olsen, Tyler Hoechlin today shared a photo on Instagram showing off Clark Kent and Lois Lane inside the Daily Planet. This fuels our suspicion that another flashback story may be on the way for Superman & Lois Season 4!

“Back to work at the Daily Planet with @bitsietulloch. Hard to believe we only have five weeks left,” Tyler shared, simultaneously confirming that indeed, there are only five weeks of filming left for The CW TV show.

The fourth and final season of Superman & Lois is headed our way Fall 2024 on The CW. You can take a look at Tyler’s post below.
