Major Superman & Lois Filming Location Is Torn Down

Hollywood North Buzz caught something Superman & Lois-related a few weeks ago that we hadn’t… the house on the “Kent Farm” has apparently been demolished! See their photos below courtesy of their website:

The downtown Smallville sets in Cloverdale seem to still exist for now, albeit behind a fence. Filming for Superman & Lois Season 4 – recently revealed to be the final season – is expected to start in January.

This development brings up some interesting questions: Will we just not see the Kent Farm house in Superman & Lois Season 4? Or will they just use stock footage for exteriors and keep the interior? Are the Kents moving away from Smallville? Is it possible the Kent Farm house was just moved somewhere else to be filmed? We’ll find out sometime in 2024 whenever the show returns for the final run of 10 episodes on The CW.

  • Due to budget cuts and inflation, the Kent family will now be living in an alley by a dumpster next to the restaurant as they couldn't afford to make payments on the Farm. And with there being no Bruce Wayne Batman on that earth Clark didn't have a billionaire friend to buy the bank that held the loan.

  • I remember when NBC canceled Star Trek the fans began a massive letter writing which resulted in the series being picked up. Why can’t the same be done for Superman and Lois? If not the CW how about Max?
