Saturn Girl Coming To Supergirl; Is The Legion Far Behind?

British-born Bollywood actress Amy Jackson (Robot) has been cast in a recurring role on Supergirl — as Imra Ardeen, a.k.a. Saturn Girl of the Legion of Super-Heroes!

Here’s the official character description from the studio:

Saturn Girl, aka Imra Ardeen, is a kind, smart, and strong-willed hero who uses her telekinetic ability to help those in need. She was born on Titan, one of Saturn’s moons, and arrives on Earth to help Supergirl battle one of her biggest threats.

Interestingly, Saturn Girl’s Legion affiliation isn’t mentioned at all in the character bio… though many have speculated that the 31st Century with the Legion is where Mon-El may have ended up, as he did in the comic books.

A different A.J. – Alexz Johnson – played Saturn Girl in the Smallville episode “Legion.”
