Tyler Hoechlin Reveals The “Superman” In His Life

DC-related celebrities are being featured at the Warner Bros. Instagram feed to promote the return of DC FanDome on September 12, and today, a short audio clip of Superman & Lois actor Tyler Hoechlin (Superman himself!) had him talking about the personal “Superman” in his life.

Who is that man of steel? His Dad.

“My Dad, I think is Superman, just in the sense that anyone can be Superman.” Hoechlin said. “I think what makes Superman, Superman to me in my eyes is that it’s someone who, without fail, chooses to do the right thing, and all the good that they could do, and that’s really what it is. Whether that’s saving one person from crossing the street – whether that’s saving a falling skyscraper as Superman would do, that saves everyone in the building, it’s the quality of the efforts and the works, not the quantity. It’s not how huge they are; it’s how impactful they are to one person.”
