It occurs to me, with the multiverse being introduced on our DC tv shows via The Flash, if they do cast Tom Welling as Superman, that could actually pave the way to revisit the Smallville universe under the guise of the multiverse. That would just be awesome.
Sorry to see Tom's project not move forward. Hope he finds more success with or without the red cape.
