Superman & Lois: First Look at Michael Cudlitz as Lex Luthor

Just in time for the Season 3 premiere of Superman & Lois TONIGHT (March 14) on The CW, EW has posted a first look photo of Michael Cudlitz as Lex Luthor. Lex will be showing up at some point, likely later in Season 3… and while we couldn’t get the show’s producers to tell us what he looked like last week, the world gets to actually see it, so I guess this makes up for that…. and as we see, just like recent Luthors Jon Cryer and Titus Welliver, he’s got a beard but his head is bald.

As for how things have been for Cudlitz in this new role?

“This whole experience so far has been amazing,” Cudlitz told EW in their piece. “From the collaboration with our showrunners Todd [Helbing] and Brent [Fletcher] to the incredibly warm welcome I received from Tyler [Hoechlin] and Elizabeth [Tulloch] and the entire cast and crew. I cannot wait to share with the fans how much fun we’ve been having. Personally, I’ve always felt Lex was just misunderstood.”

Superman & Lois airs new episodes Tuesdays at 8PM ET/PT on The CW.
