Supergirl Season 3 Adds Katie McGrath As Series Regular

One of the many popular additions to Supergirl for the show’s second season has been Katie McGrath as Lena Luthor. When she has been on the show, she has given the series an opportunity for Kara to have a female friend that she isn’t related to; it also adds a layer in that she happens to be a Luthor, even if that is just by adoption.

If you’re a fan of Lena or Katie McGrath, or maybe you just want “SuperCorp” to be a thing that will happen, we have some good news for you courtesy of Deadline: Katie McGrath will be a series regular in Supergirl Season 3!

(Yes, Season 3. A third season was announced by The CW a while back.)

Needless to say we think this news is… super. May the former “Morgana” cast her spell on this series for years to come!
