Supergirl on Set: Melissa Benoist Discusses This Week’s #DCWeek Crossover

During our recent trip to the Vancouver sets of Supergirl, we spoke with several members of the Supergirl cast about many different things, but today, the spotlight goes back on Melissa Benoist who talks about the chaotic fun that was this week’s four-show #DCWeek crossover.

“When else do you get to do something like that — a crossover with not just one show, but there’s three shows?” Melissa enthused. “Logistically, it’s kind of an impossible feat that we somehow did in terms of scheduling. There are humongous group scenes where there are three other shows still shooting, and yet, everyone has to be on one show. I think Caity Lotz was saying she had a scene that wasn’t her, but she couldn’t be there for it. So it was kind of chaotic, but that being said, it was so much fun, and like this electric energy any time we were all in the same room together, especially in our suits. I can’t wait for people to see it.”
