Supergirl Officially Gets Lynda Carter For President

In the DC TV universe, Wonder Woman is President!

KryptonSite has learned (via The CW) that Lynda Carter has been cast as the President of the United States for “multiple” episodes of Supergirl.

Carter will make her first appearance in the third episode of Supergirl Season 2. The producers talked last season about wanting to get her; now, it will actually be a reality.

Lynda Carter is best known for her role as Diana Prince a.k.a. Wonder Woman in the classic Wonder Woman TV series. She made an appearance on the previous super TV show Smallville as the mother of Chloe Sullivan; she was also Principal Powers in the well-loved Sky High.

Supergirl Season 2 premieres Monday, October 10 on The CW.
