Mr. Mxyzptlk Is Coming To Supergirl

Classic Superman villain Mr. Mxyzptlk is coming to Supergirl in the near future.

ComicBook.com broke the news this morning. No actor has been cast yet, but the character will be appearing in two episodes of Season 2.

The mischievous “imp” from the “Fifth Dimension” has tormented Supergirl’s cousin since 1944… and the best way to beat him is usually to say his name backwards. Howie Mandel played the character on Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman; on Smallville, the character was presented as a foreign exchange student.
