NEW TIME: DC FanDome Superman & Lois Panel Details; Smallville, Supergirl & Krypton Content

DC has announced details about the Superman & Lois panel at the DC FanDome virtual event.

UPDATED WITH NEW TIME: Now that DC FanDome is split into two days, the panel will happen on Saturday, September 12 at 1PM in “WatchVerse,” and here’s what you need to know!

It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s Superman & Lois! Join DC Chief Creative Officer/Publisher Jim Lee in a conversation with executive producer/showrunner Todd Helbing and series stars Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch as they discuss the history of Superman from the comics to the screen, what fans can expect from the upcoming series, and the significance of the characters in the world of today. Fans will be encouraged to follow along as Jim Lee shows the panelists how to draw the iconic Superman emblem and then share their own versions. Join the fun and Show Your Hope using #DCFanDome. 30 min

Additionally, the DC FanDome schedule will include some DVD featurettes of the past in the on-demand InsiderVerse track. This includes focuses on Smallville’s “Absolute Justice” with Geoff Johns and “Inside The Writers’ Room” with the show, the fantastic “Look! Up in the Sky!” Superman documentary, the Supergirl Season 1 electronic press kit, and a look at building Krypton. Check the DC FanDome schedule to see when those are happening.

There is also a spotlight on Batman animated voices, and we did see John Glover on the guest list for DC FanDome, so we’re assuming he’ll be there and talking about Riddler.

Craig Byrne

Craig Byrne has been writing about Superman TV since 1995, when the "Lois & Clark Krypton Club" launched. He founded KryptonSite.com in February 2001, becoming the first fan site for The WB/CW television series Smallville. He also wrote the Official Companion books for Smallville seasons 4-7 as well as the Smallville Visual Guide.

  • Signed up for DC FANDOME earlier this month and have been keeping tabs on it ever since the info site launched. It’s great that we get to make our own calendar of panels we want to attend (why can’t other expo’s do this?). Have quite a list of things I’m going to attend. Man this is going to be BIG!!!
