Chyler Leigh To Play Alex Danvers On Supergirl

The cast of Supergirl has grown more, with Chyler Leigh (Grey’s Anatomy) being cast in the role of Alex Danvers, Kara’s foster sister.

Alex is the confident foster sister of Kara. Fascinated by Kara’s powers from a young age, Alex developed a lifelong obsession with science which inspired her to become a doctor.

Plus she has L-E-X in her name, so you know she’s going to be bad, right?

Leigh joins Melissa Benoist, Mehcad Brooks, Laura Benanti, David Harewood, and Calista Flockhart in the pilot, which is set to start filming in Los Angeles soon.
