Supergirl To Supergirl: Laura Vandervoort Tells Melissa Benoist To “Go Get ‘Em”

I think it’s now safe to say that Laura Vandervoort, who gave TV a great Kara in Smallville, has seen the Supergirl trailer, and she’s got nothing but well wishes for her successor.

“This looks incredible! Well done @MelissaBenoist! Supergirl to Supergirl… Go get um lady,” she Tweeted today.

Very nice to see something like this. Hopefully the producers of Supergirl have a role for Laura sometime… and hopefully Laura would have the time, since she’s often busy as the lead of Syfy’s Bitten.

The new Supergirl TV series premieres in November on CBS.
