Supergirl “Star-Crossed” Overnight Ratings Report

Perhaps it’s the time of year, but many shows landed at season or series lows last night when it came to the ratings, and sadly, Supergirl was one of those shows.

Overnight numbers (which can and will go up once DVR and other things are factored in) see Supergirl at a 0.6/2 in the Ages 18-49 demo and 2.2 million viewers. This is still in the higher tier for The CW, and it’s actually not too far behind FOX’s much-hyped 24: Legacy which had a 0.8/3 and 3.26 million watchers.

Really, the one-two combo of The Voice and Dancing With The Stars on Monday nights hurt everybody. And, again, DVR, streaming and that sort of thing should be very good to Supergirl once the final “Star-Crossed” numbers are in.

  • Yeah, there's no need to worry at this point. After Live numbers usually work well with this show, and should likely show a dramatic uptick from being the intro for the much-hyped crossover with The Flash.
