Supergirl Season 2: Calista Flockhart & Winn/Kara Updates

This week’s Ask Ausiello column at TV Line makes a go at answering two questions about Supergirl Season 2.

First, and obviously most important, what’s the deal with Calista Flockhart (Cat Grant?)

“You may lose her for an episode or two (or three… since there’s no way Calista Flockart will be moving to Canada full-time), but I highly doubt you’ll lose her completely,” the site’s Michael Ausiello says about Cat’s future. He points out that CW president Mark Pedowitz said that Flockhart wants to continue with the show, so now those things need to be figured out.

TV Line also talked with Jeremy Jordan (Winn) about how Winn might respond to the Kara/James pairing. “I think it’s going to be little difficult for him to him to see basically his two best friends together,” Jeremy said. “He and James are super-close now, and they all work at the same place!” As for Winn/Kara? While the pining might not be as intense as they were in early Season 1, he does not think that it’s over.
