Supergirl EPs Offer A Time For Winn’s Return

Winn Schott as played by Jeremy Jordan has been a part of Supergirl from the very beginning… but the character and the actor left the show at the end of Season 3. While there was a reason for that to happen in the story, in reality it was because Jeremy Jordan was returning to his first acting love: theatre.

Jeremy is performing in American Son on Broadway for now, but when asked when we might be seeing Winn on Supergirl again, the show’s executive producers revealed there’s already a plan for his return: “His return will come once he’s done with his play,” they told TV Line in a Fall Preview article posted today.

Since American Son is scheduled to run until January, to place a bet on a Winn return in early 2019 is worth a Schott. (Sorry, we couldn’t resist.)

Supergirl flies to Sundays with new episodes starting October 14 on The CW.
