Michael Rosenbaum IS in the New Superman Movie

One of our past April Fools jokes here at KryptonSite has become partially true, as Smallville’s Lex Luthor Michael Rosenbaum revealed at a recent convention appearance that he did voice several lines that are heard in James Gunn’s new Superman film which arrives in theaters on July 11 — a date which also happens to be Michael’s birthday.

“James asked me to do something fun, so I have a couple of lines that I voice,” Michael revealed. “It’s funny, in a way… Anyway, there was nothing in this one, but he’s the head of DC, so I think he can stick me in a movie or something. He’s thoughtful, so I hope that happens. But I think the movie’s gonna be great. It comes out on my birthday!”

Could he be one of the robots in the Fortress, such as the one Alan Tudyk is playing? Could he be an idol of Lex Luthor’s? The possibilities are endless, and we can’t wait to see (or hear) when Michael pops up.
