Lucy Lane Is Coming To Supergirl!

TV Line this weekend landed a cool Supergirl scoop – Lucy Lane, sister of Lois, is coming — and she’s Jimmy James Olsen’s ex!

Look for her in the third episode of the series. Here’s how they describe this take on her character:

In her mid-20s to early 30s, Lucy is described as as brash, funny and beautiful as her sister Lois, yet strong, smart and successful in her own right.

Lucy Lane appeared in the classic Supergirl movie where she was played by Maureen Teefy. In Lois & Clark, the character was played first by Elizabeth Barondes and later by Roxana Zal. Finally, on Smallville, Lucy was played by Peyton List, who is now starring on The Flash as Captain Cold’s sister.

In some comics, Lucy Lane is also Superwoman. Would Supergirl go that route? We shall see… either way, we’re using a Superwoman photo to go with this article, simply because we can.
