Here is another related question (which has less of an impact on the show)... does Cat Grant know that Clark Kent is Superman? I'm guessing yes.
Don't think so. But she knows Supergirl and Superman are are cousins so she may have concluded from this that Clark could be. Guess we will have to wait and see. I think Lena is a smart girl and probably questions the Kara/Supergirl friendship.
