Solitude for Clark Kent?
We have some hints for you about a new set that we'll see in Smallville's fifth season. After the events of "Commencement," a new, familiar set has been constructed for young Clark Kent - that of the Fortress of Solitude.

Look for the set to appear early in the fifth season, possibly even in the premiere. It sounds as though the Smallville producers have conspired with Bryan Singer's movie people so that the Fortress in the movie and what we see in Smallville Season Five will be very similar.

The new set will be one of the largest sets ever constructed for the show, and yes, they have already begun filming in it.

Hopefully the WB will release some promotional photos of it prior to the season - but if not - Smalvlille Season 5 premieres Thursday night, September 29 on the WB television network!
