Chloe/Oliver

Just wondering if a Chloe and Oliver happen. What do you think? Would they be good together?

I would have loved for it happen -- I would have prefered to have Chloe fall for Oliver (and vice versa) rather than Lois/Oliver.

But now that they haven't gone that route, I don't think they're going to.... how can they when Lois had dated the guy? And Chloe is dating Jimmy? It would be odd and it'll kind of be like musical dating.

I think oliver like lois too much and they not suppose be together because lois have clark and batman , other guy live the ocean. Not fair change stuff for lois. I think oliver kind should been with chloe because i think could great couple and hope after jl espode he find out she could be the one he look for have superpowers like black carney. Yes... But THEY don't know that. Would you rather have Clark and Lois never date anyone because they are destined for one another in like 10 years? WE know they wont work out. WE know Clark and Lois end up together, but the characters at this point in the show do not.

Although they made Chloe the most developed character on the show, the woman with clearly the highest intellectual potential (scary by times), TPTB rushed her into a ridiculous teeny-make-out affair. While the handsome billionaire falls in love with the woman who can't spell a sentence right and makes up by showing off her half-naked body... Why are we watching this show again...?!?

I watch for the entire cast and not in favor of one particular character. In response to the half-naked comment: If you got it, flaunt it. If you don't, please keep it covered up. Yeah, okay, Lois doesn't spell that well and she has other flaws to boot. I often find it a shame that she can't be as perfect as Chloe. Wait a minute...Oh gee, I think I was temporarily brainwashed by someone in this forum. The billionaire will always go for the hot chick, while the brainy girl gets the geek. Isn't life swell?

Well, the writers could at least try to make the Lois character more perfect, no? I mean, it is very well within their powers...
The way they portray her (things like the spelling problems), especially in contrast to Chloe, by times gives me the feeling like she has to rely on her body to impress people. And that shouldn't be the case for the real Lois Lane, should it?!?

The bad spelling is a canonical characteristic of the iconic Lois Lane, ILL has horrible spelling and has been like that since pre crisis, if you can remember in the CR movies there are a couple of references to her bad spelling, so it is just to show that she is ILL.

Now I agree that sometimes they over do the phisical aspect of ED, but I guess its all in the demographics, after all this is show BUSSINES and as such they have to "sacrifice" some things to obtain and reach new audiences. Its sad and also the whole comic relief roll they put her on sometimes is annoying, but I guess they really dont have no one else to play that with, now I think they might start shifting it to JO, but until then she has been the newest important character in a long time and they couldnt make Chloe or Lana as comic relief out of the blue cause they have been working for years with the characters and where already stablished ones, so they said: "Lets make the new girl the funny one". Poor Lois hopefully now that some restrictions seem to be off, they will develope her character.


But its not the character that is using her body to get what she wants,.its only SV´s production that is exploiting her phisical atributes , but the character itself has never been seen using her body as a tool to obtain what she wants.

But enough of the off topic, GA is not with the wrong girl, she has a lot to offer and even Clark will realize that eventually, I mean she is the woman that swept Supes off his feet

I don't think that she is portrayed as someone who uses her body to get what she wants. She is portrayed as someone who has a nice body and men tend to notice that. That's why we work out, so they will. Then, once they get to know her and they realize the confidence that she exudes, they find her even more appealing because they believe that they will be the one that can soften up that hard shell. However, only the RIGHT man will ever be able to accomplish that feat and he has to be a super one.

I never thought it was her relying on her body to impress people but to stress the fact that she is an army brat and can kick a**. With her shown jogging, and doing push ups and not afraid to get physical. Reminds me of an amazon woman kind of like. However, I admit that they go overboard with showing her body off at times .

I wish Oliver was with Chloe, then I could have the luxury of ignoring all of his scenes. Man, I don't like him. I'm a fan of Lois though so I just can't ignore his scenes with her.
