O.K. - they've taken this very tall, very well-built, drop-dead gorgeous young male --They have even gone so far as to further enhanced his beauty with the application of make-up, lighting, etc. until he is flawless, breath-taking;
and they have placed him in a role where he is the most physically powerful being on earth , but also the most gentle and caring, with a deep commitment to truth, justice, honor… (women get VERY turned on by physical power tempered with tenderness);
Tom brings into the mix his natural "charm" and his very convincing acting abilities of the various personas displayed by a Clark who (at times reckless, arrogant, or fearless) is not always in control, and who --with his little insecurities, doubts, and triumphs -- compels us even more into feeling that he is someone to be held, cherished, nurtured, adored, admired… and worshipped.
Add to that the other-worldly factor - a man who is not really a human, whose origin is from worlds beyond, embodying the incomprehensible mysteries and intelligence of the universe, eternity, the unknown; we are drawn to him, we want to know him, be him, surrender to him, connect;
we are in awe, enthralled,
the attraction almost unbearable,
we are on our knees!
They have created a God!
