What was going on with that? I thought BR was 'funded' by the Luthors. I thought they were part of the problem with their testing and cruelty to patients. Weren't they the ones that leaked the orginal 33.1 people.

What about where Chloe's mom is hiding? Bette is running from the Luthor clandestine organization too. Wouldn't she be safer where Ollie stashed her?

LOL, I didn't know what he was going to do with her because she did kill someone . She attacked Chloe and lied about blowing up that bus that could have killed alot of people.

She is dangerous and Clark knows deep down she is a good person and the place where people who have alot of issues go too is Belle Reeve. Alicia went there and got better....So I think Clark was hoping for the same thing with Bette.

With Lex missing I think he assumes it's a safer place for her to be at then in jail.
