where did future peters scar go did I miss something or something how was he able to pose as present peter without the scar

You could see a bit of his scar in the scene when he was with Claire in the field. It wasn't as prominent as it was in Five Years Gone (I think that's when we saw it), but I saw his scar in that scene when the close-ups of his face were showing.

:rolleyes: EXACTLY! Even if he was knocked unconcious during whatever battle he was injured in, his body would've automatically healed. :confused: I'm sure they'll dedicate an episode to explain the events that caused Peter's Scar and Why it didn't heal totally. :\

I've always wondered how future Peter had the scar with the power to heal too. I hope the explanation is not lame, but I don't see how it would not heal all the way like everything else.

Wasn't the scar given to him by Future Hiro in one category? Or a left over of the explosion.

Maybe it's part of mind control. He bends their mind to see him as the Peter of their time... without the scar. His clothes also changed sometimes. It was obvious that he intentionally made the scar appear and disappear.

But why would he scar anyway? He's able to heal... how did he get that scar?

if peter can use the powers of those he has been around... isnt it possible for him to try really hard and tap into F. Peter's power and release him from the body that he was put in.

Maybe, but Present Peter is most definitely not intelligent enough to think of that.

Or perhaps the way Peter's brain stores powers is dissimilar to the way other's brains store them, and thus his brain is immune to his own brain scanning it for new powers.

That's close to what I'm thinking. If Peter lost his powers temporarily, was injured and recovered naturally in that time, the scar would remain even with the healing factor returned. As evidence, I submit HRG. His eyesight would've returned to 20:20 with Claire's blood if his body hadn't already defined his present health state as his status quo.

Even if the Haitian was around long enogh after he left he could easly cut the scare off then it would heal back to how it was. I think maybe Peter got rid of that abillity. Maybe he did'nt want to be immrotal like Adam so he got rid of it. I don't blame him though, do you really want to live to 2408 when everybody you know and love would be dead?
