we got a darker color pallet....a darker storyline....and really some cut ties to the old stories..clark embraces his destiny and the league pops in for some bad ass rescuing..chloe gets s new power...clark gets a job...lois looks hot and not crazy like kidder....i liked this episode...they even used the line "you're not yourself" it has to be an injoke among the writers lol

I thought that they did a great job in bringing season 7 loose ends and starting to bring in some new story lines. It all worked together very well and I can't WAIT to see what happens next!

Yeah, they did do a great job of tying up loose ends and creating new ones. The episode didn't feel jamm packed with ten different storylines like it did last year.
