I quite enjoyed it, sure it must have been great for those actually at the Albert Hall itself.
Nobody watched this? Come on, it's the last new Who until Christmas*!
*Probably. Children in Need is a possibility but that's unlikely.
It was great, a great little extra bit of doctor who to hold us over.
Though it did get a little odd when the doctor talked to the audience live, that we didn't get to hear. And you could the sonic screwdriver clunking over the 'song'.
So only two of us saw this? Not even Randy?

Oh that was lovely. "Everyone's got a song inside them."
"I said to beethoven, I said 'I can rattle off a tune.' He said 'Pardon?'"
:rotfl:
That little creature was cute. OK... it didn't look cute but...
I'd love to hear what the orchestra played after that... if they really played a song.
I'd love to see if they had loose leaf music sheets rain down on the audience or something.
Thanks for sharing. :D
The Dr. plays the tuba. *giggle*

Oh crap! I missed this.
I've been busy. I'm going to watch it right now. :p

Hee hee! Loved it. I want more. :D
That must have been excellent to actually be at Albert Hall that night.
Was that little person Jimmy Vee (a.k.a. "Bannakaffalatta") playing the Graske?
I'm almost sure it was.
Yep, it's the third time he's played it:
"The Attack of the Graske" - A special interactive episode that aired on BBC interactive after "The Christmas Invasion", now available on the BBC Who website (though probably not to the US)
"Whatever Happened to Sarah-Jane?" - A memorable episode of "The Sarah-Jane Adventures"
Apparently there'll be multiple Graskes in SJ Season 2, airing soon (in the UK).

That's right! That was one of my favorite Sarah Jane stories.
I can't wait till' the new season starts. I'm hoping that there will be even more viewers this time around, due to her appearance in the big Who finale.
When is the UK premiere date? :)

Yeah, that was beautiful. I've always been entranced with this notion of the "music of the spheres." And to think that the TARDIS can actually translate it!
It reminds me of what Samuel Taylor Coleridge wrote about the Eolian harp, that seminal visual metaphor of Romantic inspiration.
And what if all of animated nature
Be but organic Harps diversely fram'd,
That tremble into thought, as o'er them sweeps
Plastic and vast, one intellectual breeze,
At once the Soul of each, and God of all!
And then you start thinking about "string theory" in modern physics, and pretty soon, you realize this entire universe is nothing but one great symphony, and we're all individual notes in a cosmic opera that has been going on for some fourteen billion years. Rhythms in stardust, unite.

I see it, and as usual according to me and DW i loved it! Bringing the Graske back was great, and the Doctor writing his own symphany was Brilliant!
