Because even if Clark does manage to break her out she'll still be on the DDS's radar. And I don't think we can count on Lex helping her out since he obviously is the one who called the feds just to spite Jimmy.

After Clark destroyed Brainiac, (poor Brainiac, dumb Clark claimed that Brainiac is not a form of life), both Lana and Chloe were cured.
After that Chloe was arrested.
I hope Clark breaks Chloe out of jail. To evade the government, Chloe can change her name to Chloe Lois Lane to make some people happy.

Chloe was in a coma for about 3 seconds. Jimmy proposed to her with a plastic ring, just as the DDS burst in, kicked the cr*p outta Jimmy and dragged Chloe off.

Hears my theory... Either Chloe goes into the witness protection program because we all know she has alot of things on Lex or she just kills someone, heal them and when she is listed as dead... comes back to life as... I don't know... maybe Lois Lane.

On another note, if they wanted to move her towards being Watchtower, it would make a certain amount of sense for Ollie to get her out...and for Ollie to come back next season.

Is it confirmed he's returning? I thought Ollie wasn't because of his new show. I really liked his character. But yeah, I thought of that too, if Clark has to break her out and she has to go underground, she could stay as the watchtower and a part of their 'secret group'
