Part 1
Scene One
At Billy Batson’s house:
Billy comes down the stairs to get some breakfast…
“Hey dad, where’s the cereal?” Billy asked.
“The cereal is in the cabinet. Come on Billy! Your bus will be here soon,” he tells Billy.
“Yeah, seriously hurry Billy! Hurry up!” Mary, his sister, tells him.
“Shut up Mary! You don’t know anything!” Billy tells her.
“Your bus is here…go…Billy, have you done your chores?” Billy’s dad asked.
“Yes sir, I did! I fed the chickens and got their eggs,” Billy replies.
“Good! Then run!” he tells Billy.
Billy and Mary grab their backpacks and head out the door.
“Come on Billy! We’re ‘gonna lose the bus!” Mary tells him.
“No we won’t!” Billy says running to the bus with Mary.
The bus door opens up. Billy and Mary enter. Inside the bus, kids throw paper airplanes.
“Billy, come on. I saved you a seat!” a boy says.
“Thanks pal! Man, it’s been a hard day all ready! My sister got me up out of bed too early!” Billy tells him.
“Yeah. I know how that is! My sister did the same thing! Boys will be boys and girls will be girls!” the boy says as he bites his apple.
Later in class:
The teacher is talking to Billy and the class…
“Now, I have a special announcement…we are going on a field trip to the museum to see the ‘Legend of Tut’!” the teacher explains.
“Mrs. Thompson, we’re ‘gonna see Tut?” Billy asked her.
“Yes Billy, we are,” she replies.
“Teacher? When are we?” Billy’s friend asks.
“Tonight. And Billy, I need you to take some pictures of Tut for the school newspaper,” she tells him.
“Okay. I’ll be there.” Billy replies.
The bell rings.
“Okay class, I will see you tonight! 6:00 sharp at the museum!” Mrs. Thompson tells them.
“Man Billy! The real Tut! Wow!!! See you tonight Billy!” Billy’s friend tells him.
Later at home:
Billy and Mary are home from school and come into the house. He opens the door…
“Hey dad! Hey mom! We’re home!” Billy tells them.
“Good! Billy, you have to get some chores done,” his dad tells him.
“Can’t dad! We ‘gotta field trip tonight,” Billy explains.
“A field trip? That’s unusual!” his mom says while watching TV.
“Margaret? Turn the freaking TV off!” her husband says.
“Roger! I heard what he said…and having a field trip at night is unusual!” she replies.
“Okay son, you can go! But grab a bite to eat first and don’t forget your camera! Take your bike!” Billy’s dad says.
“And be careful out there Billy, a lot of weirdo’s are out there on the streets!” his mom tells him.
“Oh Martha, he’ll be fine! Now Billy, eat!” Billy’s dad tells him.
“Can’t dad! It’s getting dark. See you mom. See you dad,” Billy opens the door and exits.
A few minutes later:
Billy rides his bike to the museum. He looks at his watch…
“Man, I’m late! I better use the back entrance!” Billy tells himself.
Billy puts his bike down and runs to a back door. He opens the door and sneaks in. He hears talking…
“Did you unload the statue?” a guy asked someone.
“Yes. And it was heavy! HH!! HH!! Let’s take a break!!” the other guy replies.
The two guys walk out of the room.
Billy walks into the same room. He sees a shiny statue from a distance.
“AHHHH!! My eyes!” Billy says as the statue reflects too bright.
Billy walks up close and sees a life-size statue of a superman-like figure…
“HELP ME!!! HELP ME!!!” the statue says.
“Who said that?” Billy questions.
“HELP ME!!! The Tenth Adam has awoken! A terrible evil is here! HELP ME!!!” he tells Billy.
“You’re a statue! Statues aren’t supposed to talk! Who are you??” Billy asked the statue.
“SSHHHHHHHHHAZAM!!!” it replies.
“SHAZAM?” Billy questioned him.
Bright lightening bolts strike Billy…
<blackout>
Billy turns into a man with a yellow cape, red suit (like superman), yellow boots and black hair…
“Whoa! What happened to me? Whoa! What happened to my voice?” Billy questions himself with a deep voice.
“What happened? I have muscles? Whoa! Cool!! Awesome!!!” Billy replies.
“Hello Billy! I am Shazam!!! I’ve come to warn you of the danger coming. I have given you the gifts and powers of the gods…
Solomon: wisdom
Hercules: strength
Atlas: stamina
Zeus: power
Apollo: healing
And
Mercury: speed
You have the power to call upon these powers when it comes time,” Shazam (the statue),
tells Billy.
A portal opens up by the statue and…
<blackout>
Later, while sleeping:
Billy sees himself with a man that has long gray hair and a gray beard. The man warns him, saying…
“ ‘Tenth Adam’ rules over Olympia!
Help us! Help us please!!
The ‘Tenth Adam’ is here!
‘Tenth Adam’ is rising!
The ‘Tenth Adam’ is rising!
The ‘Tenth Adam’ is…” the man continues to tell him as he turns into a blur…
“Billy? It’s time to get up! The bus will be here in five minutes!” Mary tells him.
“What? AHHH! My head! What? The bus will be here in ‘Ten…minutes?? Okay! What???” Billy asked her.
“Get your school clothes on NOW! HURRY!” Mary tells him.
“What??? Okay!” Billy replies while opening his eyes and getting out of bed.
Billy walks downstairs to say bye to his mom and dad.
“Bye mom (yawn). Bye dad.” Billy tells them.
“Son, why were you out so late last night? Field trips don’t last that long! You were out until two o’clock in the morning!! Where were you?? You had your mother worried!” his dad asked Billy.
“I can’t remember…it’s all a blur…” Billy replies.
“Yeah Billy, you came home pretty late!” Mary agrees.
“Let’s go Mary,” Billy tells her.
“Come home on time!” his dad tells Billy.
Billy and Mary exit.
The bus pulls up. Billy and Mary enter the school bus…
“Billy, I saved you a seat.” Billy’s friend Freddy tells him.
“Man!” Billy says.
“What? Long night?” Freddy asked him.
“Yeah. VERY long night!” Billy replies.
Scene Two
Mary walks home after school and wonders to herself what happened to Billy. So, she goes to the museum:
Mary looks around and remembers…
“I’m late…I ‘gotta go…” she remembers Billy telling his parents.
“Billy. He was late for the field trip. So, if I were late, where would I go? A back entrance, of course!” Mary says to herself.
She sees a room closed off. She looks around to see if anyone is watching her, then sneaks in and opens the door.
Mary sees the ‘golden’ life-size statue of a man with a cape. She sees writing on the statue and tries to read it:
“Shhh…hhaa…zam!” she says as a bright lightening bolt strikes her.
<blackout>
Mary finds herself in a land where the mountains are blue…the most brilliant blue she has ever seen! There are BIG bright birds flying all over and six temples nearby. She is a grown-up with a red leotard suit on, yellow cape and a ‘lightening bolt’ symbol in the middle of her red top.
“Whoa! No way! What happened to me? What happened to my 8 year old body? What happened to my voice? WOW!” Mary says with a deeper voice.
“Welcome to Olympia. Who are you?” A strange man with long gray hair, four gray beards hanging from his chin and wearing a white robe says to her.
“I’m Mary. Mary Batson. What’s your name?” Mary asked the strange man.
“I am Solomon. You are wearing the ‘holy symbol’. We have to get you out of here. Follow me,” the strange man tells her while leading her to a nearby white temple.
She enters the beautiful white temple. “Where are we?” Mary questions Solomon.
“My home. Where did you get that symbol?” Solomon asked her.
“I got it when I said the word Shhh…!!!” Mary explains.
“Shazam? Then where’s ‘The Wizard’?” Solomon questions her.
“I don’t know a ‘Wizard’?” Mary replies.
“Of course you don’t! It’s okay! I have a feeling you will find him soon!” Solomon tells her.
“You have a lot of wisdom!” Mary tells him.
“I know I do. I am going to give you some very good advice: Leave Olympia! Find ‘The Wizard’ and deliver us from the ‘Tenth Adam’!” Solomon tells her.
“ ‘Tenth Adam’?” Mary asked him.
“An evil pharaoh transformed into a god, but ‘The Wizard’ will free us from him,” Solomon explains.
“ ‘The Wizard’? Huh?” Mary asked him.
“Yes. Now you must go! Go find ‘The Wizard’! He will free us all! Goodbye Mary,” Solomon tells Mary.
“Goodbye Solomon. You have some good advice,” Mary says exiting the room and opening the door.
<blackout>
Mary returns to her home. She walks in the door seeing policemen there…
“Mary!!??” her mom says to her in tears.
“Yeah? What’s wrong???” Mary asked her.
“Mary! Mary!! You’ve been gone for two whole days!!” her mom explains.
“No. That’s impossible! I was just gone maybe an hour or two!” Mary replies.
“We called the police! They have been looking for you for two days!! Where on earth were you??” her mom asked her again.
“Okay. I was talking to Solomon in his temple. He was telling me about ‘The Wizard’!” Mary replies.
“ ‘The Wizard’? Mary, you don’t lie…” her dad tells her.
“I’m not! I’m not!” Mary replies.
“Okay Mary! You’re not! My name is Sergeant Deller, and we, meaning my guys and I, have been looking for you since yesterday morning,” the policeman tells her while putting his hand on her right shoulder.
“Thank you officer. Thank you so much for taking time to look for my daughter! Mary, you’re grounded!” Margaret says.
“It’s no problem. But Mary, we are going to need to question you. How about tomorrow?” the Sergeant asked Mary.
“Sure. Tomorrow would be great. Thank you… at the city hall?” the mother questions him.
“No, at our special counseling center,” the policeman replies leaving the room.
“No! I’m not a liar! NO!! NO!!! Please listen to me!! I’m NOT a liar!! Billy, you know I don’t lie, right?” Mary asked him in tears.
“Go to bed Mary,” Billy tells her.
“NO!! NO!!” Mary replies.
“Go to bed young lady! It’s 7:00 at night and you’re grounded for five months!” her dad tells her.
“Please, NO!!!” Mary replies gushing into tears knowing she didn’t lie.
Scene Three
The next day:
Billy and Mary get ready for school in the living room…
“Billy? Where did you go the day you went on the field trip?” Mary asked him.
“I…I don’t remember!” Billy replies.
“You believe me, don’t you Billy?” Mary asked him.
“Yes, I do.” Billy answers her.
“Mary, not so fast! You’re not going to school!” her mom says.
“Billy, meet me in the museum backroom where you will see a statue,” Mary whispers to him.
“Let’s go Mary!” her mom says.
Mary and her mom exit.
A few minutes later:
Mary and her mom walk into the counselor’s office…
“Come right in Mary,” the counselor welcomes her.
Mary goes with the counselor into a room and shuts the door.
Her mom worries while outside the room waiting.
“Tell me Mary, where were you yesterday?” he asked Mary.
“I was with a man, Solomon. I went into his white temple and he warned me about the ‘Tenth Adam’.” Mary explains.
“Okay Mary. I’m going to give you some mild ‘vitamins’ to help you get well-a-poo… so, I will tell your mom and we will have many sessions together. Okay?” the counselor says.
“Please! Do you think just because I’m 8, that I am dumb?? Take a hike mister! Have some of your own medicine, Doctor!!” Mary says, then grabs three shots off of a shelf and injects him with them.
“AHHHHH!!” the counselor replies falling down.
Mary goes out a back door running to meet Billy at the museum.
A few minutes later:
Mary runs to the museum into the backroom and sees Billy there…
“Let’s do this Billy! Don’t you see?? You are… come on…”
“Shhhazam!!” Mary says while holding Billy’s hand.
A moment later:
“Whoa! Where am I???” Billy asks as he stands at a gate of clouds and across the top of them it says ‘Olympia’!!”
“No way!!” Billy replies and opens the gate…wondering where Mary is. He sees huge blue mountains everywhere!! There are yellow birds the size of dinosaurs flying around…horses that have wings…bugs the size of his hand buzzing around like ladybugs…huge yellow plants everywhere… Billy is standing in brilliant green grass at the bottom of a blue mountain. He sees six big, beautiful white temples around. There is one very short man in front of Billy… blue skin…wings…brown hair…and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals. He has a paper in his hand…
“…the message from the god’s!” the blue skinned stranger tells Billy.
“Whoa!! Cool!!!” Billy says looking at the small blue skinned stranger.
“What do you seek mortal?” the blue skinned stranger asks.
“I…I…I seek to see ‘The Wizard’??” Billy questions him.
“ ‘The Wizard’? Why?” the blue skinned stranger asked Billy.
“I remember…I’ve been here before… the ‘Tenth Adam’…has taken over Olympia…I need to see ‘The Wizard’…he’s the only one that can help…” Billy remembers out loud.
“Then you need to talk with the gods. Follow me up this hill…I’m Hermes!”
Meanwhile, at Billy Batson’s house:
Billy’s dad goes outside to check if the newspaper came yet. He hears something on the roof…
“Who’s there?” he asked the strange sound.
Billy’s dad went into the house and grabbed his gun, then went back outside.
“Show yourself, filthy twitch!!” he tells the mysterious sound.
“Caw! Caw!!” a giant dinosaur-sized bird flies down and tackles Billy’s dad.
“What the devil are you???” he asked the giant bird.
“Where’s Billy?” the dinosaur-sized bird questions him.
“Billy WHO??” the dad asked.
“I’ll keep squeezing harder and harder until you tell me!” the bird chokes him.
“I will never tell you! I’d rather die!” he replies.
“Then, your wish will be granted…RA speaks!” the bird with golden skin, with the eye of RA turning red, says.
“He’s out there with his friends!” the dad replies hoping not to die.
“CAW!!! The god RA kills you now!!! CAW!! CAW!!!” the bird attacks him and scratches him repeatedly…then flies away.
Billy’s dad lies in his own pool of blood…
<blackout>
Scene Four
Billy follows one very short man; with blue skin, wings, brown hair, and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; thru big red roses and giant leaves while going up a hill:
Billy sees a big white temple and a man…he has 4 long-gray pointed beards, long gray hair and is wearing a long white robe…
“I’m here to see ‘The Wizard’!” Billy tells the man.
“ ‘The Wizard’? He will not see you mortal!” the man replies.
“Why not?” Billy asked him.
“You are determined? NO? He will see you if you take a test! If you pass it, you may see ‘The Wizard’!” the man tells Billy as he disappears.
A green labyrinth suddenly appears where Billy is standing…
“Whoa!!” Billy says to himself.
“There is NO way out…SSSSHHHHAAAAA…a mysterious, female, evil vampire voice tells Billy.
“Who’s there??? Who’s there???” Billy asks the mysterious voice very scared.
“You are in the labyrinth…SSHHHAAA…there is no escaping the labyrinth!! You are a prisoner and you are our meal!!” the voice says, as a plant the size of a tree, has green leaves and stems everywhere and a red rose for a head, wraps its stem around Billy’s shoulders.
“AAHHHHH!! Get off of me!! AAHHHHH!! My feet!!” Billy screams as the plant raps around his feet.
“You are going to make an excellent meal!! You see, I feed off of all the travelers that come here!” the beautiful plant tells him.
“What are you?” Billy asked it.
“I’m Mother Nature! You see, I just want to wrap my arms around you! That’s all,” the plant replies while opening her ‘red-rose’ mouth up at Billy. “There is NO way out!”
As Mother Nature opens her mouth to devour Billy, he remembers something… “Wisdom is everything”…the man with 4 long-gray pointed beards, gray hair and a white robe said to Billy… “Wisdom is everything”…
“Huh?” Billy meditates.
“Of course…wisdom…how do I get out of this?? I have to outsmart her!” Billy says to himself.
“There are branches!” Billy says while breaking a branch off of her body.
“YAAAAHHHH!” Billy throws the branch into her mouth.
“AHHHHH…!!” the plant replies choking… “C H H H O O K K E E !!”
Billy runs!! “Eat that, plant freak!!” Billy tells the plant while still running thru the labyrinth.
“Where do I go?? Dead end…turn right…dead end…” Billy thinks to himself.
“That’s it! You are a DEAD MEAL!!” the plant tells him.
“Oh no!! Not you again!!” Billy replies running scared.
Mother Nature attacks him over and over again with her limbs. Billy dodges her attacks. He jumps over a small bush… “UHH…dead end…must keep going…” Billy says while still running.
“Is that an opening? ‘Gotta catch my breath…I have to keep running…oh my gosh, it’s the end…oh no…not you again!” Billy says, seeing the plant block the way out thru a gate.
“Remember me boy? This time you’re not getting away!” Mother Nature tells him.
Billy sees a big stick with thorns on it lying on the rocky ground.
“You think you can stop me with that stick???” the plant asked him.
“Yes…YAHH!!” Billy throws the thorny stick at the plant and runs to the gate.
“NOOOOOO!! My skin…it’s turning brown…don’t open the gate…NOOOOOO…don’t leave my friends or me in here…NOOOOOO!!!” Mother Nature begins to melt into tree bark…the other plants also melt into tree bark!
The door shuts.
“Whoa! How did? Where did the…the…???” Billy asked the man with 4 long-gray pointed beards, long gray hair, long white robe on…the labyrinth disappears.
“You have passed the test! You have WISDOM! You may see ‘The Wizard’! Go to the next temple. Hermes will guide you. That is all,” the man with 4 long-gray pointed beards, gray hair and a long white robe on says and disappears.
One very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; guides Billy up the hill to the next temple. Along the way, they see huge elephant-like lions and VERY BIG boulders:
Billy sees a muscular man…
“I’m here to see “The Wizard’,” he tells the man.
“ ‘The Wizard’? No. He will not see you mortal. No, you will pass a test,” the muscular man tells him.
“What?” Billy asked him.
“Fight me!” he replies.
“Oh my gosh!!” Billy replies seeing the muscular man with brown hair to his shoulders, a short beard and wearing a long white robe.
“YAAAHHH!!” he attacks Billy with a punch!
“AHHH!! My mouth, I’m bleeding!” Billy cries.
“Come on mortal! ‘YAAAAAHHHHH’!” he punches the ground and it vibrates!
Billy falls!
“HAAAAA!!!” the man says!
Billy gets up..
“You don’t have the STRENGTH to beat me mortal!!” he tells Billy.
“Strength…Huh????? Yes, I do!! HI-YAAAHHH!!” Billy punches him in the stomach.
“AHHHH!!!!” he replies jokingly. “You think you can beat me???”
Billy runs to grab a boulder…a very BIG boulder! He tries to pick it up. . .
“AHHH…so heavy!” Billy picks up the boulder while sweating and throws it.
“YAAAAAHHHHH!!” Billy throws it and the muscular man falls down.
“RRROOOAAARRR!!” the muscular man calls upon a lion…the size of a horse!!!
“Okay kitty…kitty, easy…nice little…Oh NO!” Billy says.
“RRROOOAAARRR!!” the lion attacks him and tackles him to the ground!
“Strength…need strength…AHHH!!” Billy flips the lion on its side!
“Now, you listen to me lion!” Billy grabs its mouth and snaps it!!
“I am ashamed to say it…but NOKIA!! You pass!! You have STRENGTH!! You may see ‘The Wizard’! Follow Hermes up to the next temple!” the muscular man with brown hair to his shoulders, short beard and long white robe says as he disappears. He calls the lion off and the lion disappears with him also.
One very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; guides Billy up the hill to the next temple…they come to a flat, prairie-like land with ‘blue-fuzzy-like-bolts’ everywhere:
Billy sees a tall, slender man with long, very long black hair, goatee, a blue metal necklace, no shirt, blue tights and his right hand IS a sword…
“You want to see ‘The Wizard’, no?? But first, you must pass a test. The other tests that you have had were easy! Grab this sword!” the man tells Billy.
A sword appears with blue energy around it. Billy grabs the sword.
“This is NOT a dance Billy! This is a fight!” the man tells him grabbing his own sword-hand, ready to fight.
“Not a dance? What happened to your hand?” Billy asked him.
“I fight! Nothing else!!” he replies and lighting up with a blue energy outlining his body.
“YAAAAAAHHHHHH!” he attacks Billy.
“UHHH!” Billy falls down in fear.
“Get up! You are a disgrace!! FIGHT!!” the man with long, very long black hair, goatee, a blue metal necklace, no shirt, blue tights and sword-hand says.
“UHHHH! Fine! YAAAHHH!” Billy attacks the man with his sword but the man dodges the attacks.
“Don’t give up…YAAAHHH!!” he attacks Billy again with his right sword-hand.
“This is not the god’s dancing in a show! Don’t give up so easily or you lose!!” he tells Billy.
“AHHH…so tired…must rest…must…oh no!!” Billy says as the man attacks him once again with his sword-hand.
“YAAHH!” he knocks Billy’s sword out of his hand.
“My sword…so tired…” Billy says.
“You don’t have your sword anymore little boy! So, now what? I win!! You lose!!” the man says and holds his right sword-hand up in the air!!
“YAAAHHH!” Billy grabs his sword off the ground, sweating and attacks the man.
“Good! But not good enough!” he tells Billy while fighting him with his sword-hand.
“Yes, it is good enough!” Billy tells him with his sword stuck to the man’s sword-hand.
“You learn fast, but you are not a god!” the man says.
“YAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!” the man nails his sword-hand into the ground…the ground cracks…Billy falls into the crack!
Billy throws his sword into the wall of the ground to pull himself up!
“HUHAH!!” Billy breathes.
“You have survived! You do pass! You have STAMINA! You may see ‘The Wizard’! Up the hill to the next temple…GO! Hermes will guide you!” the man with the long, very long black hair, goatee, a blue metal necklace, no shirt, blue tights and a sword –hand, tells Billy while disappearing.
One very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair, and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; guides Billy up the hill to the next temple… they see nothing ahead but big, white puffy clouds, and in the distance there are bolts…lightening bolts…millions of them:
Billy sees a man with dark gray hair down to his chest, dark gray beard and mustache, wearing a long white robe…
“You are a mortal! You have learned to GET your own powers so that you may see ‘The Wizard’. Now, your test is that you must TRAIN yourself,” the man tells Billy.
“Behold, my power!” he strikes a lightening bolt and Billy finds himself with the man on top of a white temple in the sky.
“Close your eyes and use everything you have been taught,” he tells Billy. “That’s it…this test is going to be easy! No snap!”
“YAAHH!” Billy attacks him with his fist.
“Too much power! No control! YAAHH!” he punches Billy in the face.
“AHHH!” Billy falls.
“Is that it mortal?” he asked Billy.
“No!” Billy tells him.
“Fine. Then listen to me! Control your power…control your power…” he tells Billy.
“What?” Billy asks.
“Control. Close your eyes and ‘use’ your powers. Think about ‘where’ you want to use your power,” he continues to tell Billy.
“I want to do lightening bolts like you! Whoa!!” Billy throws a lightening bolt…he didn’t aim so well…
“That’s my foot you got!! Control…control…close your eyes…control…” the man says to Billy.
Billy thinks ‘control’ as he shoots lightening bolts again.
“You have controlled the bolts and sent them ‘where’ you wanted them to go. You have passed the test! You have POWER! You may see ‘The Wizard’! Go with Hermes, he will guide you,” the man with dark gray hair down to his chest, dark gray beard and mustache, wearing a long white robe, tells Billy while disappearing.
One very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; guides Billy up the hill to the next temple…it becomes very cold…no more warmth. All the plants are covered in ice. The big dinosaur birds are all white now…frozen white in the sky:
Billy sees a tall man with long brown hair in a ponytail, a goatee, green tights, bare chest, green boots, wearing a long white robe, and his right hand IS a bow and arrow…
“I’m here to see ‘The Wizard’,” Billy tells him.
“ ‘The Wizard’?? He will not see you unless you pass a test,” he tells Billy.
“A test again??” Billy asked the man.
“Fight me with a spear!” the man tells Billy handing him a spear.
“A spear?” Billy asked him while grabbing the spear.
“Behold, the power!” he tells Billy as the ground turns to ice.
“Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!” Billy trips on the ice.
“Fight mortal! YAAAHHH!” the man shoots the arrows out of his bow-hand at Billy.
“AHHHH!!” Billy ducks them.
“YAAAHHH!” he shoots his arrows out of his bow-hand again.
Billy ducks them again.
The man jumps in the air with his bow-hand and attacks Billy again.
Billy runs, ducking the arrows. He attacks the man with his spear.
“YAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!” Billy attacks and cuts the man’s bow-hand off!
The tall man with long brown hair in a ponytail, a goatee, green tights, bare chest, green boots, wearing a long white robe, and ‘NO’ right bow-hand, cries as he closes his eyes. His bow-hand grows back and he smiles.
“Whoa! What…??” Billy asked himself stunned.
“Now you DIE, Billy!!”
“OH NO!!” Billy says to himself.
The man is running and shoots arrows out of his bow-hand at Billy...
“AHHH!! My heart!!” Billy screams with an arrow in his heart! He falls to the icy ground.
“I kill you!! You can NOT heal mortal!!” he tells Billy.
“AHHH…YES I CAN!!” Billy closes his eyes and lights up into a green energy flying around the air…then drops down.
“AHHH…my back!” Billy pulls the arrow out of his heart…not bleeding anymore.
“Now the stakes are even!” Billy tells him mad and smiling!
“You may pass! You have earned the power to HEAL!” he says to Billy.
“Where’s ‘The Wizard’? No more tests, please!!” Billy tells the man.
“The final test lies at the final temple! Hermes will show you,” the tall man with long brown hair in a ponytail, a goatee, green tights, bare chest, green boots, wearing a long white robe, his right hand IS a bow and arrow, tells Billy while disappearing.
One very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair, and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; guides Billy up the hill to the next temple…hopefully, the last temple…it is near the top of the blue mountain:
Billy arrives at the last temple (so he’s told), but doesn’t see anyone else except the one very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair, and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals…
“Where’s the final test?” Billy asked one very short man.
“I am!” Hermes answers him. “The final test is me!”
“Concentrate on your speed,” Hermes says as he teleports behind Billy.
“AHHH!” Billy gets punched over and over.
“Concentrate! Speed! Think ‘where’ you want to go!” Hermes tells Billy.
“Think hard…concentrate…” Billy meditates and transports to Hermes and punches him over and over.
“Like that??????” Billy asked him.
“Like that. You have passed your final test! You have SPEED! ‘The Wizard’ will see you now!” one very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair, and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; tells Billy and then disappears.
Scene Five
Billy transports himself to the ‘top’ of the blue mountains where he overlooks all of Olympia:
A mysterious, older, gray-haired man in a long white robe with the ‘holy symbol’ across the front of his robe, appears in front of Billy…
“You are…you are…the…the… ‘THE WIZARD’!” Billy says.
“No Billy. YOU ARE! You have all of our powers! You have trained with all of us gods!
You have our powers:
Solomon: wisdom in the labyrinth,
Hercules: strength to beat the lion,
Atlas: stamina of not giving up,
Zeus: power controlled,
Apollo: healing yourself,
And finally,
Mercury: speed.
Now, when you say our name…
‘SHAZAM’,
you will become me!!
We have called you from the museum to deliver Olympia! Now, are you with me??” the mysterious, older gray-haired man in a long robe with the ‘holy symbol’ across the front of his robe, asked Billy.
“S H A Z A M !!”
“I’m in now!! Let’s end the war and kill the ‘TENTH ADAM’!!” he says…wearing a red body suit, yellow cape, yellow boots…with a lightening bolt across his chest…
…He smiles and flies off…

Scene One
At Billy Batson’s house:
Billy comes down the stairs to get some breakfast…
“Hey dad, where’s the cereal?” Billy asked.
“The cereal is in the cabinet. Come on Billy! Your bus will be here soon,” he tells Billy.
“Yeah, seriously hurry Billy! Hurry up!” Mary, his sister, tells him.
“Shut up Mary! You don’t know anything!” Billy tells her.
“Your bus is here…go…Billy, have you done your chores?” Billy’s dad asked.
“Yes sir, I did! I fed the chickens and got their eggs,” Billy replies.
“Good! Then run!” he tells Billy.
Billy and Mary grab their backpacks and head out the door.
“Come on Billy! We’re ‘gonna lose the bus!” Mary tells him.
“No we won’t!” Billy says running to the bus with Mary.
The bus door opens up. Billy and Mary enter. Inside the bus, kids throw paper airplanes.
“Billy, come on. I saved you a seat!” a boy says.
“Thanks pal! Man, it’s been a hard day all ready! My sister got me up out of bed too early!” Billy tells him.
“Yeah. I know how that is! My sister did the same thing! Boys will be boys and girls will be girls!” the boy says as he bites his apple.
Later in class:
The teacher is talking to Billy and the class…
“Now, I have a special announcement…we are going on a field trip to the museum to see the ‘Legend of Tut’!” the teacher explains.
“Mrs. Thompson, we’re ‘gonna see Tut?” Billy asked her.
“Yes Billy, we are,” she replies.
“Teacher? When are we?” Billy’s friend asks.
“Tonight. And Billy, I need you to take some pictures of Tut for the school newspaper,” she tells him.
“Okay. I’ll be there.” Billy replies.
The bell rings.
“Okay class, I will see you tonight! 6:00 sharp at the museum!” Mrs. Thompson tells them.
“Man Billy! The real Tut! Wow!!! See you tonight Billy!” Billy’s friend tells him.
Later at home:
Billy and Mary are home from school and come into the house. He opens the door…
“Hey dad! Hey mom! We’re home!” Billy tells them.
“Good! Billy, you have to get some chores done,” his dad tells him.
“Can’t dad! We ‘gotta field trip tonight,” Billy explains.
“A field trip? That’s unusual!” his mom says while watching TV.
“Margaret? Turn the freaking TV off!” her husband says.
“Roger! I heard what he said…and having a field trip at night is unusual!” she replies.
“Okay son, you can go! But grab a bite to eat first and don’t forget your camera! Take your bike!” Billy’s dad says.
“And be careful out there Billy, a lot of weirdo’s are out there on the streets!” his mom tells him.
“Oh Martha, he’ll be fine! Now Billy, eat!” Billy’s dad tells him.
“Can’t dad! It’s getting dark. See you mom. See you dad,” Billy opens the door and exits.
A few minutes later:
Billy rides his bike to the museum. He looks at his watch…
“Man, I’m late! I better use the back entrance!” Billy tells himself.
Billy puts his bike down and runs to a back door. He opens the door and sneaks in. He hears talking…
“Did you unload the statue?” a guy asked someone.
“Yes. And it was heavy! HH!! HH!! Let’s take a break!!” the other guy replies.
The two guys walk out of the room.
Billy walks into the same room. He sees a shiny statue from a distance.
“AHHHH!! My eyes!” Billy says as the statue reflects too bright.
Billy walks up close and sees a life-size statue of a superman-like figure…
“HELP ME!!! HELP ME!!!” the statue says.
“Who said that?” Billy questions.
“HELP ME!!! The Tenth Adam has awoken! A terrible evil is here! HELP ME!!!” he tells Billy.
“You’re a statue! Statues aren’t supposed to talk! Who are you??” Billy asked the statue.
“SSHHHHHHHHHAZAM!!!” it replies.
“SHAZAM?” Billy questioned him.
Bright lightening bolts strike Billy…
<blackout>
Billy turns into a man with a yellow cape, red suit (like superman), yellow boots and black hair…
“Whoa! What happened to me? Whoa! What happened to my voice?” Billy questions himself with a deep voice.
“What happened? I have muscles? Whoa! Cool!! Awesome!!!” Billy replies.
“Hello Billy! I am Shazam!!! I’ve come to warn you of the danger coming. I have given you the gifts and powers of the gods…
Solomon: wisdom
Hercules: strength
Atlas: stamina
Zeus: power
Apollo: healing
And
Mercury: speed
You have the power to call upon these powers when it comes time,” Shazam (the statue),
tells Billy.
A portal opens up by the statue and…

Later, while sleeping:
Billy sees himself with a man that has long gray hair and a gray beard. The man warns him, saying…
“ ‘Tenth Adam’ rules over Olympia!
Help us! Help us please!!
The ‘Tenth Adam’ is here!
‘Tenth Adam’ is rising!
The ‘Tenth Adam’ is rising!
The ‘Tenth Adam’ is…” the man continues to tell him as he turns into a blur…
“Billy? It’s time to get up! The bus will be here in five minutes!” Mary tells him.
“What? AHHH! My head! What? The bus will be here in ‘Ten…minutes?? Okay! What???” Billy asked her.
“Get your school clothes on NOW! HURRY!” Mary tells him.
“What??? Okay!” Billy replies while opening his eyes and getting out of bed.
Billy walks downstairs to say bye to his mom and dad.
“Bye mom (yawn). Bye dad.” Billy tells them.
“Son, why were you out so late last night? Field trips don’t last that long! You were out until two o’clock in the morning!! Where were you?? You had your mother worried!” his dad asked Billy.
“I can’t remember…it’s all a blur…” Billy replies.
“Yeah Billy, you came home pretty late!” Mary agrees.
“Let’s go Mary,” Billy tells her.
“Come home on time!” his dad tells Billy.
Billy and Mary exit.
The bus pulls up. Billy and Mary enter the school bus…
“Billy, I saved you a seat.” Billy’s friend Freddy tells him.
“Man!” Billy says.
“What? Long night?” Freddy asked him.
“Yeah. VERY long night!” Billy replies.
Scene Two
Mary walks home after school and wonders to herself what happened to Billy. So, she goes to the museum:
Mary looks around and remembers…
“I’m late…I ‘gotta go…” she remembers Billy telling his parents.
“Billy. He was late for the field trip. So, if I were late, where would I go? A back entrance, of course!” Mary says to herself.
She sees a room closed off. She looks around to see if anyone is watching her, then sneaks in and opens the door.
Mary sees the ‘golden’ life-size statue of a man with a cape. She sees writing on the statue and tries to read it:
“Shhh…hhaa…zam!” she says as a bright lightening bolt strikes her.
<blackout>
Mary finds herself in a land where the mountains are blue…the most brilliant blue she has ever seen! There are BIG bright birds flying all over and six temples nearby. She is a grown-up with a red leotard suit on, yellow cape and a ‘lightening bolt’ symbol in the middle of her red top.
“Whoa! No way! What happened to me? What happened to my 8 year old body? What happened to my voice? WOW!” Mary says with a deeper voice.
“Welcome to Olympia. Who are you?” A strange man with long gray hair, four gray beards hanging from his chin and wearing a white robe says to her.
“I’m Mary. Mary Batson. What’s your name?” Mary asked the strange man.
“I am Solomon. You are wearing the ‘holy symbol’. We have to get you out of here. Follow me,” the strange man tells her while leading her to a nearby white temple.
She enters the beautiful white temple. “Where are we?” Mary questions Solomon.
“My home. Where did you get that symbol?” Solomon asked her.
“I got it when I said the word Shhh…!!!” Mary explains.
“Shazam? Then where’s ‘The Wizard’?” Solomon questions her.
“I don’t know a ‘Wizard’?” Mary replies.
“Of course you don’t! It’s okay! I have a feeling you will find him soon!” Solomon tells her.
“You have a lot of wisdom!” Mary tells him.
“I know I do. I am going to give you some very good advice: Leave Olympia! Find ‘The Wizard’ and deliver us from the ‘Tenth Adam’!” Solomon tells her.
“ ‘Tenth Adam’?” Mary asked him.
“An evil pharaoh transformed into a god, but ‘The Wizard’ will free us from him,” Solomon explains.
“ ‘The Wizard’? Huh?” Mary asked him.
“Yes. Now you must go! Go find ‘The Wizard’! He will free us all! Goodbye Mary,” Solomon tells Mary.
“Goodbye Solomon. You have some good advice,” Mary says exiting the room and opening the door.
<blackout>
Mary returns to her home. She walks in the door seeing policemen there…
“Mary!!??” her mom says to her in tears.
“Yeah? What’s wrong???” Mary asked her.
“Mary! Mary!! You’ve been gone for two whole days!!” her mom explains.
“No. That’s impossible! I was just gone maybe an hour or two!” Mary replies.
“We called the police! They have been looking for you for two days!! Where on earth were you??” her mom asked her again.
“Okay. I was talking to Solomon in his temple. He was telling me about ‘The Wizard’!” Mary replies.
“ ‘The Wizard’? Mary, you don’t lie…” her dad tells her.
“I’m not! I’m not!” Mary replies.
“Okay Mary! You’re not! My name is Sergeant Deller, and we, meaning my guys and I, have been looking for you since yesterday morning,” the policeman tells her while putting his hand on her right shoulder.
“Thank you officer. Thank you so much for taking time to look for my daughter! Mary, you’re grounded!” Margaret says.
“It’s no problem. But Mary, we are going to need to question you. How about tomorrow?” the Sergeant asked Mary.
“Sure. Tomorrow would be great. Thank you… at the city hall?” the mother questions him.
“No, at our special counseling center,” the policeman replies leaving the room.
“No! I’m not a liar! NO!! NO!!! Please listen to me!! I’m NOT a liar!! Billy, you know I don’t lie, right?” Mary asked him in tears.
“Go to bed Mary,” Billy tells her.
“NO!! NO!!” Mary replies.
“Go to bed young lady! It’s 7:00 at night and you’re grounded for five months!” her dad tells her.
“Please, NO!!!” Mary replies gushing into tears knowing she didn’t lie.
Scene Three
The next day:
Billy and Mary get ready for school in the living room…
“Billy? Where did you go the day you went on the field trip?” Mary asked him.
“I…I don’t remember!” Billy replies.
“You believe me, don’t you Billy?” Mary asked him.
“Yes, I do.” Billy answers her.
“Mary, not so fast! You’re not going to school!” her mom says.
“Billy, meet me in the museum backroom where you will see a statue,” Mary whispers to him.
“Let’s go Mary!” her mom says.
Mary and her mom exit.
A few minutes later:
Mary and her mom walk into the counselor’s office…
“Come right in Mary,” the counselor welcomes her.
Mary goes with the counselor into a room and shuts the door.
Her mom worries while outside the room waiting.
“Tell me Mary, where were you yesterday?” he asked Mary.
“I was with a man, Solomon. I went into his white temple and he warned me about the ‘Tenth Adam’.” Mary explains.
“Okay Mary. I’m going to give you some mild ‘vitamins’ to help you get well-a-poo… so, I will tell your mom and we will have many sessions together. Okay?” the counselor says.
“Please! Do you think just because I’m 8, that I am dumb?? Take a hike mister! Have some of your own medicine, Doctor!!” Mary says, then grabs three shots off of a shelf and injects him with them.
“AHHHHH!!” the counselor replies falling down.
Mary goes out a back door running to meet Billy at the museum.
A few minutes later:
Mary runs to the museum into the backroom and sees Billy there…
“Let’s do this Billy! Don’t you see?? You are… come on…”
“Shhhazam!!” Mary says while holding Billy’s hand.
A moment later:
“Whoa! Where am I???” Billy asks as he stands at a gate of clouds and across the top of them it says ‘Olympia’!!”
“No way!!” Billy replies and opens the gate…wondering where Mary is. He sees huge blue mountains everywhere!! There are yellow birds the size of dinosaurs flying around…horses that have wings…bugs the size of his hand buzzing around like ladybugs…huge yellow plants everywhere… Billy is standing in brilliant green grass at the bottom of a blue mountain. He sees six big, beautiful white temples around. There is one very short man in front of Billy… blue skin…wings…brown hair…and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals. He has a paper in his hand…
“…the message from the god’s!” the blue skinned stranger tells Billy.
“Whoa!! Cool!!!” Billy says looking at the small blue skinned stranger.
“What do you seek mortal?” the blue skinned stranger asks.
“I…I…I seek to see ‘The Wizard’??” Billy questions him.
“ ‘The Wizard’? Why?” the blue skinned stranger asked Billy.
“I remember…I’ve been here before… the ‘Tenth Adam’…has taken over Olympia…I need to see ‘The Wizard’…he’s the only one that can help…” Billy remembers out loud.
“Then you need to talk with the gods. Follow me up this hill…I’m Hermes!”
Meanwhile, at Billy Batson’s house:
Billy’s dad goes outside to check if the newspaper came yet. He hears something on the roof…
“Who’s there?” he asked the strange sound.
Billy’s dad went into the house and grabbed his gun, then went back outside.
“Show yourself, filthy twitch!!” he tells the mysterious sound.
“Caw! Caw!!” a giant dinosaur-sized bird flies down and tackles Billy’s dad.
“What the devil are you???” he asked the giant bird.
“Where’s Billy?” the dinosaur-sized bird questions him.
“Billy WHO??” the dad asked.
“I’ll keep squeezing harder and harder until you tell me!” the bird chokes him.
“I will never tell you! I’d rather die!” he replies.
“Then, your wish will be granted…RA speaks!” the bird with golden skin, with the eye of RA turning red, says.
“He’s out there with his friends!” the dad replies hoping not to die.
“CAW!!! The god RA kills you now!!! CAW!! CAW!!!” the bird attacks him and scratches him repeatedly…then flies away.
Billy’s dad lies in his own pool of blood…

Scene Four
Billy follows one very short man; with blue skin, wings, brown hair, and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; thru big red roses and giant leaves while going up a hill:
Billy sees a big white temple and a man…he has 4 long-gray pointed beards, long gray hair and is wearing a long white robe…
“I’m here to see ‘The Wizard’!” Billy tells the man.
“ ‘The Wizard’? He will not see you mortal!” the man replies.
“Why not?” Billy asked him.
“You are determined? NO? He will see you if you take a test! If you pass it, you may see ‘The Wizard’!” the man tells Billy as he disappears.
A green labyrinth suddenly appears where Billy is standing…
“Whoa!!” Billy says to himself.
“There is NO way out…SSSSHHHHAAAAA…a mysterious, female, evil vampire voice tells Billy.
“Who’s there??? Who’s there???” Billy asks the mysterious voice very scared.
“You are in the labyrinth…SSHHHAAA…there is no escaping the labyrinth!! You are a prisoner and you are our meal!!” the voice says, as a plant the size of a tree, has green leaves and stems everywhere and a red rose for a head, wraps its stem around Billy’s shoulders.
“AAHHHHH!! Get off of me!! AAHHHHH!! My feet!!” Billy screams as the plant raps around his feet.
“You are going to make an excellent meal!! You see, I feed off of all the travelers that come here!” the beautiful plant tells him.
“What are you?” Billy asked it.
“I’m Mother Nature! You see, I just want to wrap my arms around you! That’s all,” the plant replies while opening her ‘red-rose’ mouth up at Billy. “There is NO way out!”
As Mother Nature opens her mouth to devour Billy, he remembers something… “Wisdom is everything”…the man with 4 long-gray pointed beards, gray hair and a white robe said to Billy… “Wisdom is everything”…
“Huh?” Billy meditates.
“Of course…wisdom…how do I get out of this?? I have to outsmart her!” Billy says to himself.
“There are branches!” Billy says while breaking a branch off of her body.
“YAAAAHHHH!” Billy throws the branch into her mouth.
“AHHHHH…!!” the plant replies choking… “C H H H O O K K E E !!”
Billy runs!! “Eat that, plant freak!!” Billy tells the plant while still running thru the labyrinth.
“Where do I go?? Dead end…turn right…dead end…” Billy thinks to himself.
“That’s it! You are a DEAD MEAL!!” the plant tells him.
“Oh no!! Not you again!!” Billy replies running scared.
Mother Nature attacks him over and over again with her limbs. Billy dodges her attacks. He jumps over a small bush… “UHH…dead end…must keep going…” Billy says while still running.
“Is that an opening? ‘Gotta catch my breath…I have to keep running…oh my gosh, it’s the end…oh no…not you again!” Billy says, seeing the plant block the way out thru a gate.
“Remember me boy? This time you’re not getting away!” Mother Nature tells him.
Billy sees a big stick with thorns on it lying on the rocky ground.
“You think you can stop me with that stick???” the plant asked him.
“Yes…YAHH!!” Billy throws the thorny stick at the plant and runs to the gate.
“NOOOOOO!! My skin…it’s turning brown…don’t open the gate…NOOOOOO…don’t leave my friends or me in here…NOOOOOO!!!” Mother Nature begins to melt into tree bark…the other plants also melt into tree bark!
The door shuts.
“Whoa! How did? Where did the…the…???” Billy asked the man with 4 long-gray pointed beards, long gray hair, long white robe on…the labyrinth disappears.
“You have passed the test! You have WISDOM! You may see ‘The Wizard’! Go to the next temple. Hermes will guide you. That is all,” the man with 4 long-gray pointed beards, gray hair and a long white robe on says and disappears.
One very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; guides Billy up the hill to the next temple. Along the way, they see huge elephant-like lions and VERY BIG boulders:
Billy sees a muscular man…
“I’m here to see “The Wizard’,” he tells the man.
“ ‘The Wizard’? No. He will not see you mortal. No, you will pass a test,” the muscular man tells him.
“What?” Billy asked him.
“Fight me!” he replies.
“Oh my gosh!!” Billy replies seeing the muscular man with brown hair to his shoulders, a short beard and wearing a long white robe.
“YAAAHHH!!” he attacks Billy with a punch!
“AHHH!! My mouth, I’m bleeding!” Billy cries.
“Come on mortal! ‘YAAAAAHHHHH’!” he punches the ground and it vibrates!
Billy falls!
“HAAAAA!!!” the man says!
Billy gets up..
“You don’t have the STRENGTH to beat me mortal!!” he tells Billy.
“Strength…Huh????? Yes, I do!! HI-YAAAHHH!!” Billy punches him in the stomach.
“AHHHH!!!!” he replies jokingly. “You think you can beat me???”
Billy runs to grab a boulder…a very BIG boulder! He tries to pick it up. . .
“AHHH…so heavy!” Billy picks up the boulder while sweating and throws it.
“YAAAAAHHHHH!!” Billy throws it and the muscular man falls down.
“RRROOOAAARRR!!” the muscular man calls upon a lion…the size of a horse!!!
“Okay kitty…kitty, easy…nice little…Oh NO!” Billy says.
“RRROOOAAARRR!!” the lion attacks him and tackles him to the ground!
“Strength…need strength…AHHH!!” Billy flips the lion on its side!
“Now, you listen to me lion!” Billy grabs its mouth and snaps it!!
“I am ashamed to say it…but NOKIA!! You pass!! You have STRENGTH!! You may see ‘The Wizard’! Follow Hermes up to the next temple!” the muscular man with brown hair to his shoulders, short beard and long white robe says as he disappears. He calls the lion off and the lion disappears with him also.
One very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; guides Billy up the hill to the next temple…they come to a flat, prairie-like land with ‘blue-fuzzy-like-bolts’ everywhere:
Billy sees a tall, slender man with long, very long black hair, goatee, a blue metal necklace, no shirt, blue tights and his right hand IS a sword…
“You want to see ‘The Wizard’, no?? But first, you must pass a test. The other tests that you have had were easy! Grab this sword!” the man tells Billy.
A sword appears with blue energy around it. Billy grabs the sword.
“This is NOT a dance Billy! This is a fight!” the man tells him grabbing his own sword-hand, ready to fight.
“Not a dance? What happened to your hand?” Billy asked him.
“I fight! Nothing else!!” he replies and lighting up with a blue energy outlining his body.
“YAAAAAAHHHHHH!” he attacks Billy.
“UHHH!” Billy falls down in fear.
“Get up! You are a disgrace!! FIGHT!!” the man with long, very long black hair, goatee, a blue metal necklace, no shirt, blue tights and sword-hand says.
“UHHHH! Fine! YAAAHHH!” Billy attacks the man with his sword but the man dodges the attacks.
“Don’t give up…YAAAHHH!!” he attacks Billy again with his right sword-hand.
“This is not the god’s dancing in a show! Don’t give up so easily or you lose!!” he tells Billy.
“AHHH…so tired…must rest…must…oh no!!” Billy says as the man attacks him once again with his sword-hand.
“YAAHH!” he knocks Billy’s sword out of his hand.
“My sword…so tired…” Billy says.
“You don’t have your sword anymore little boy! So, now what? I win!! You lose!!” the man says and holds his right sword-hand up in the air!!
“YAAAHHH!” Billy grabs his sword off the ground, sweating and attacks the man.
“Good! But not good enough!” he tells Billy while fighting him with his sword-hand.
“Yes, it is good enough!” Billy tells him with his sword stuck to the man’s sword-hand.
“You learn fast, but you are not a god!” the man says.
“YAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!” the man nails his sword-hand into the ground…the ground cracks…Billy falls into the crack!
Billy throws his sword into the wall of the ground to pull himself up!
“HUHAH!!” Billy breathes.
“You have survived! You do pass! You have STAMINA! You may see ‘The Wizard’! Up the hill to the next temple…GO! Hermes will guide you!” the man with the long, very long black hair, goatee, a blue metal necklace, no shirt, blue tights and a sword –hand, tells Billy while disappearing.
One very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair, and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; guides Billy up the hill to the next temple… they see nothing ahead but big, white puffy clouds, and in the distance there are bolts…lightening bolts…millions of them:
Billy sees a man with dark gray hair down to his chest, dark gray beard and mustache, wearing a long white robe…
“You are a mortal! You have learned to GET your own powers so that you may see ‘The Wizard’. Now, your test is that you must TRAIN yourself,” the man tells Billy.
“Behold, my power!” he strikes a lightening bolt and Billy finds himself with the man on top of a white temple in the sky.
“Close your eyes and use everything you have been taught,” he tells Billy. “That’s it…this test is going to be easy! No snap!”
“YAAHH!” Billy attacks him with his fist.
“Too much power! No control! YAAHH!” he punches Billy in the face.
“AHHH!” Billy falls.
“Is that it mortal?” he asked Billy.
“No!” Billy tells him.
“Fine. Then listen to me! Control your power…control your power…” he tells Billy.
“What?” Billy asks.
“Control. Close your eyes and ‘use’ your powers. Think about ‘where’ you want to use your power,” he continues to tell Billy.
“I want to do lightening bolts like you! Whoa!!” Billy throws a lightening bolt…he didn’t aim so well…
“That’s my foot you got!! Control…control…close your eyes…control…” the man says to Billy.
Billy thinks ‘control’ as he shoots lightening bolts again.
“You have controlled the bolts and sent them ‘where’ you wanted them to go. You have passed the test! You have POWER! You may see ‘The Wizard’! Go with Hermes, he will guide you,” the man with dark gray hair down to his chest, dark gray beard and mustache, wearing a long white robe, tells Billy while disappearing.
One very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; guides Billy up the hill to the next temple…it becomes very cold…no more warmth. All the plants are covered in ice. The big dinosaur birds are all white now…frozen white in the sky:
Billy sees a tall man with long brown hair in a ponytail, a goatee, green tights, bare chest, green boots, wearing a long white robe, and his right hand IS a bow and arrow…
“I’m here to see ‘The Wizard’,” Billy tells him.
“ ‘The Wizard’?? He will not see you unless you pass a test,” he tells Billy.
“A test again??” Billy asked the man.
“Fight me with a spear!” the man tells Billy handing him a spear.
“A spear?” Billy asked him while grabbing the spear.
“Behold, the power!” he tells Billy as the ground turns to ice.
“Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!” Billy trips on the ice.
“Fight mortal! YAAAHHH!” the man shoots the arrows out of his bow-hand at Billy.
“AHHHH!!” Billy ducks them.
“YAAAHHH!” he shoots his arrows out of his bow-hand again.
Billy ducks them again.
The man jumps in the air with his bow-hand and attacks Billy again.
Billy runs, ducking the arrows. He attacks the man with his spear.
“YAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!” Billy attacks and cuts the man’s bow-hand off!
The tall man with long brown hair in a ponytail, a goatee, green tights, bare chest, green boots, wearing a long white robe, and ‘NO’ right bow-hand, cries as he closes his eyes. His bow-hand grows back and he smiles.
“Whoa! What…??” Billy asked himself stunned.
“Now you DIE, Billy!!”
“OH NO!!” Billy says to himself.
The man is running and shoots arrows out of his bow-hand at Billy...
“AHHH!! My heart!!” Billy screams with an arrow in his heart! He falls to the icy ground.
“I kill you!! You can NOT heal mortal!!” he tells Billy.
“AHHH…YES I CAN!!” Billy closes his eyes and lights up into a green energy flying around the air…then drops down.
“AHHH…my back!” Billy pulls the arrow out of his heart…not bleeding anymore.
“Now the stakes are even!” Billy tells him mad and smiling!
“You may pass! You have earned the power to HEAL!” he says to Billy.
“Where’s ‘The Wizard’? No more tests, please!!” Billy tells the man.
“The final test lies at the final temple! Hermes will show you,” the tall man with long brown hair in a ponytail, a goatee, green tights, bare chest, green boots, wearing a long white robe, his right hand IS a bow and arrow, tells Billy while disappearing.
One very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair, and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; guides Billy up the hill to the next temple…hopefully, the last temple…it is near the top of the blue mountain:
Billy arrives at the last temple (so he’s told), but doesn’t see anyone else except the one very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair, and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals…
“Where’s the final test?” Billy asked one very short man.
“I am!” Hermes answers him. “The final test is me!”
“Concentrate on your speed,” Hermes says as he teleports behind Billy.
“AHHH!” Billy gets punched over and over.
“Concentrate! Speed! Think ‘where’ you want to go!” Hermes tells Billy.
“Think hard…concentrate…” Billy meditates and transports to Hermes and punches him over and over.
“Like that??????” Billy asked him.
“Like that. You have passed your final test! You have SPEED! ‘The Wizard’ will see you now!” one very short man; with wings, blue skin, brown hair, and is wearing a winged helmet and sandals; tells Billy and then disappears.
Scene Five
Billy transports himself to the ‘top’ of the blue mountains where he overlooks all of Olympia:
A mysterious, older, gray-haired man in a long white robe with the ‘holy symbol’ across the front of his robe, appears in front of Billy…
“You are…you are…the…the… ‘THE WIZARD’!” Billy says.
“No Billy. YOU ARE! You have all of our powers! You have trained with all of us gods!
You have our powers:
Solomon: wisdom in the labyrinth,
Hercules: strength to beat the lion,
Atlas: stamina of not giving up,
Zeus: power controlled,
Apollo: healing yourself,
And finally,
Mercury: speed.
Now, when you say our name…
‘SHAZAM’,
you will become me!!
We have called you from the museum to deliver Olympia! Now, are you with me??” the mysterious, older gray-haired man in a long robe with the ‘holy symbol’ across the front of his robe, asked Billy.
“S H A Z A M !!”
“I’m in now!! Let’s end the war and kill the ‘TENTH ADAM’!!” he says…wearing a red body suit, yellow cape, yellow boots…with a lightening bolt across his chest…
…He smiles and flies off…
