All about Clark

From this episode, Clark now knows he is the only one who can protect Earth from Braniac and that he alone is not responsible for all of the freaks and 33.1 and the loss of life from the meteor showers. If Clark doubted Jor-el before, I think he now knows Jor-el has good intentions. I expect to see alot of changes in our Clark based on the happenings in this episode. Hopefully less moping too.

indeed. I think alot of the guilt we see in Clark is going to be stripped away, not that which was caused by his friends and family being hurt, but the overall attitude on how to handle things.

IA, you could see how relieved he was. And seeing Clark do the research on his own for once, was a step in the right direction.

Well he's getting there. he was still acting a little slow on rescueing the baby kal-el. And I'm glad he was like changing time has bad consequences. What? Do you mean that Clark has actually leanred from his mistakes? Fantastic!

I reserve judgement until I see this new found realization in future episodes. ;) He's acted like he finally got it before than just ended reverting back to BDA by the next episode.

Let's see if the 2-steps back syndrome will take place again.
He knew of Lex getting Lionel's key after killing him and knew that there was a box in Zurich. Yet, at the end of the episode, he was shown only caring about Lana and not whether Lex opened the box or not. He was told that Lex could control him if he is successful but has done nothing to stop him yet.

well put, here here!
I hope he learns to fly soon, it's getting annoying waiting for him to finally get his training done. Surely he knows Jor-el is good by now, so learn Clarky!:p

I think we're getting a little late in the series to have Clark revert back. Here's to hoping we don't get the 2 steps back.
And yes, he learned not to mess with time, hallaluya.

I thought that, right up until Clark started speaking to Brainiac on Krypton. It wasn't "I won't allow you to destroy Earth's future", "You will not harm me" or "You'll pay for coming here", it was all about Lana. And afterwards, I got the impression he was only interested in destroying Brainiac for the sake of Lana (especially since any Clark scenes after the time travel revolved around Lana).

He was slow in rescueing the baby Kal-El because he was in awe of looking at himself! Imagine holding yourself as a little baby. I found it to be a touching moment despite the fact that the planet was about to explode.

Clark said he thought the world would be better off without him but changed his tune. He never came out and said he's earth's protector but he made it known earth needs him. Hopefully his little trip to Krypton gets it through his thick BDA head that he needs to embrace his destiny.

It was so sweet to see him save himself ( baby Kal-El) I totally melted when he picked up the baby and smiled before putting him in his ship.

Clark doesnt get it. he doesnt even get what H2O is! He'll regress again for sake of drama to not care until the finale. like always.
