Yeah I think they slept together. It was a cute moment. I was a little confused about what this episode was trying to say about Chloe and Jimmy. LOL! He's at her house at dawn making her breakfast which also implied to me that they were sleeping together.

I'm thinking that Chloe happy with Jimmy and if she's not where she was at the end of Noir, she's at least where she was during the Gemini kiss. But Jimmy thinks things are going bad because of Chloe's pro bono work (sidekick devotion) to Clark. So there's a sort of "Lois and Clark" thing going on where Chloe (Clark) is always dashing away on a lame excuse while Jimmy (Lois) stands their doubting their relationship.
