Help. What happened at the beginning?

I'm so upset I missed the beginning part, and I did too last week. I saw act 2-act 5. Well I also missed the beginning part when Clark entered the Fortress. I came back and saw he was in the Fortress. What was happening?

Well, he discovered a page that was in Swann's diaries that wasn't there before, and it said something about saving lana.... and he goes on... "that's impossible, the page says 1989!"

Clark takes a trip to the fortress to ask good ol' dad, and he kind of hears kara's voice going in and out. i believe that's where you came in.

The teaser/opening scene started with some spy doing all of these flashy moves and then knocking some guy out. The spy then gets in the elevator and takes off his mask to reveal that it's Jimmy Olsen.

Opening credits roll.

We see Jimmy trying to make breakfast for Chloe. He finally gets a good chunk of it done and he offers it to Chloe, but she says that she has other things to do and leaves him hanging. Jimmy is standing in the kitchen and then we see this woman with a pair of hi-tech binoculars spying on Jimmy from a window.

We then see Chloe and Clark in the Isis room and Clark says that he spent the ENTIRE night with Lana. Chloe says that he needs to keep his mind focused on the current problem at hand with Lex, but Clark says that Lana's important right now. Chloe then tells Clark otherwise and he kinda snaps out of his Lana daze.

Jimmy is in the Talon playing some video game when he is about to get some coffee. This woman reaches for it at the same time and Jimmy lets her take the coffee. She reveals that her name is Vanessa Webber (the spy from the opening scene) and she is a government agent. Vanessa then says that she has a reason to believe that Chloe is a terrorist who hacks into government mainframes and Jimmy says that he doesn't believe her. She shows him some pictures and Jimmy gets curious.

Jimmy goes to the Isis Foundation to see that Chloe is looking at some stuff. He reminds her about the date that they were supposed to have and Chloe says that she forgot. She then says that she has to go because her landlord or whatever is telling her about the rent (which is a lie), so she leaves Jimmy in the Isis place alone. Jimmy goes snooping through what Chloe's been looking at and finds out that she has been hacking into government documents and he also finds her stash of weapons.

Lex is in his mansion and he's preparing to leave for Zurich when one of his men says that he can't go because he's been redflagged. So Lex tells him to pull some strings, so he can go to Zurich.

Clark and Chloe meet up again at the farm and Clark tells Chloe that he found some weird page in Dr. Swann's journal (that Patricia gave them in "Traveler") that wasn't there before. It says that Clark should save Lana and the Fortress or something like that and Chloe says that it's impossible for that message to be true because it was dated to be from 1989 and Lana was only 3 years old back then. So then Clark gets curious and decides to go to the Fortress. Chloe says no, but Clark insists.

Clark goes to the Fortress and I think you've seen the rest. :)
