I don't understand why he so readily trusted Adam without a shadow of a doubt, even after loads of people told him he shouldn't. It seemed like he trusted him without reason.
It was just an excuse for nathan to save the day by helping peter again, but it was silly.

You are right. It's Peter's main problem,he's too naive and very easy to manipulate.I wish he could trust his own instinct instead of relying on someone. Why is this reminds me of Clark suddenly:rolleyes:

I agree.. it was little much. I mean... As if he would be that trusting. I think they also wanted to show what kind of guy Peter is you know? That he is willing to fight whatever to help save the world. How pure he is and heroic.. but i mean... Batmans a hero, and he isnt an IDIOT! I think they made him way too nieve... WAY too nieve.
Litle bit more bizarre

I think he trusted Adam because he help him with taking back his memories and because Adam saved Nathan I mean he heal him so ironic because Nathan stops Peters blind trust to Adam:rotfl::rotfl:

I think it is agood setup of both brothers actually. That is how real siblings usaually work. He was devasted at what happened to his brother, the one he ALWAYS went to. So in this lose time he relied on someone he felt could replace him. Notice also, that the second he gained his brother back is when he accepted what Adam truly was.

I don't think that Adam was a case of Peter being easily manipulated. I think he was masterfully manipulated. The company captured Peter and never explained anything. So for all he knew they just studied people for their own agendas. Why would he think Adam was there for any sinister reason. Having been imprisoned by the company, he could imagine Adam's anger and desperation to be free, having been captured for who knows how long. THEN Adam saves Nathan's life. So... yeah... not easily.
I do think that Peter has an innate goodness and innocence. Even Future!Peter seems a bit naive sometimes.

i think peter walks to his own beat. he only follows what he thinks is right without listening to opinions. so at the time what adam was offering seemed good to him in his own eye which is the most important thing to him in the long run.
so what ever peter gets into go or bad because peter is neather, he will always follow what he veiw is the right thing to do whit out asking any questions.
