Is it just me or was John Glover's acting in this episode really really good?

Even though he was portrayed as the begging MB and stuff, he managed to play that out very well. Especially when he started jumping up and yelling when he spoke to Chloe or when he tried to pull the key out of his shirt when he spoke to Clark.

It's not you - His acting was great - but it ALWAYS is.

the way they're making him go out is poetic justice to the character - didn't think they(the writers) had it in them

Yea man, I was so surprised when he kneeled down like a baby. That was a very good scene performed by JG. Good job JG, I hope u do stay in season 8.

Yeah, Lionel was great, just like he always is, Lionel makes every scene he's in worth while. Especially when he was on his knees in front of Chloe, that was some great acting!!

John Glover is a pro. Some of the others are improving nicely, others are pretty amateurish.

It was great. JG was protraying Lionel nicely. He's now a broken and humbled man. Who's begging and pleading with others to listen to him. It was gut wrenching to watch. You were hoping Chloe would just hear him out, but you could understand her reasons along with Clarks. It was just really great to watch. I don't know what else to say about it LOL.

His acting is great. I like theat they've given a reason as to why Clark turns on him. I'm expecting the Martian Manhunter or Jor-El to intervene through him eventually to show Clark that Lionel is still a good person. Where's MM when you need him?!

but I agree, I though JG did a phenomenal job in this ep. He always does, but this one really showcases his talent. He completely stole the show; his acting just drew you to him and you had to watch and admire.
If he does go, I am going to be really sad to see it happen! He has always been one of my fav characters.
