A/N-Also this if my first fanfic outside Smallville.

Summary-A tyrant by the name of Apu invades Makulla village searching for the wishing star. Unable to require it he destroys the village. The only survivor of the village is Papaline who asks for help from Konoha. Excepting mission are Naruto, Sakura, and Rock Lee with Kakashi. Little did they know this mission is going to turn into all out war for that star.

Chapter 1-Tragedy in Makulla Village

It is a dark and stormy night in makulla village. Wind is blowing hard enough tree branches knock on the windows. A man in ragedy clothes, with a hood on is walking towars a castle. Two guards are standing until the notice the man.

Guard 1(Fern):State your purpose.
Man:I have message for the Admiral.
Guard 2:What is that?
Man:I'm sorry but its only for the Admirals ears.
Guard 1:We'll decide if its for the Admiral's ears.
Man(Frantic):Please!! Makulla may be in danger!

The two guards looked at him. The man has fear in his eyes.

Guard 1:Follow us.

The Castle gatest open and They enter.

(Admiral's Office)

The guards led him to the Admiral's office. The office is small. The walls are solid red. Its a small dest where Admiral is sitting.

Admiral:Who is this?
Guard 1:Some man with some news to tell you. Very important news about Makulla.
Admiral:I'm very busy man.
Man:Excuse me for speaking out of line. If you hear what have to say your greatfullness.
Admiral:It is fine. What is it you have to say?

The man hesitates but come close to the desk. He removes his hood to reveal a bald man with a beard.

Man:I am Papaline. I am the villages prophet. I have came to tell you I have predicted something horrible will happen to Makulla.

The Admiral stands with a stern look.

The Admiral:What dange is that? Explain!
Papaline:Someone with great power seeks the star.

The Admiral's face is a look of concern.

The Admiral(Thinking):I knew the day would come. I am prepared for this.
The Admiral: Do you know when of this attack?
Papaline:Yes.
The Admiral:When?

He pauses and looks up to the Admiral's face. Staring into his eyes with a stern look.

Papaline:Tonight.

The Amiral is showing a shocked expression.

(Outside of Makulla)

Outside of Makulla, soldier with horses come to the village.

(Gates of Castle)

The soldiers arrive at the gates. The guard looks up.

Guard:State your-

Before he can finish, one of the soldiers cuts the guard's head off. The head falls slowly to the ground as blood leaks from it. The body falls to its knees then falls sideways. The soldier then backs up to the leader of them.

Soldier:Whats next?
Apu Kamara:Inside the Castle.

The soldiers enters the castle following their leader.

(Below the Castle)

The Admiral, the twos guards from earlier, and Papaline is heading to the star.

Papaline:So this is where the star is.
Admiral:Yes.
Papaline:What are you going to do?
Admiral:Sent it away. The star power is too great to fall into the wrong hands.

Papaline simply nods.

(Admiral's Office)

Apu and two of his soldiers is looking around the office. The office is now trashed. Papers on the floor, the desk if flipped over.

Soldier:Theirs nothing here sir.
Apu:Should of known he wouldn't of kept here. Continue searching the remaining part of the castle.
Soldier:Yes sir.

He salutes him and he salutes back.

(Below the Castle)

Admiral and Papaline have reached the star. Its in a seethrough glass case, shining bright.

Papaline(Amazed):Beautiful Admiral:Yes it is. Everytime I see it I am amazed.
Apu(O.S.):So Am I.

Amiral and Papaline turn around to see Apu and his two soldiers. One of his soldiers is smiling wickedly at them and he was standing close to Apu. He is top soldier. The two guards from earlier are dead. Both stabbed in the heart.

Admiral:Apu. Why am I not surprised.
Apu:Long time no see Admiral. Wish we can remince.. but I have business to take care of. So hand over the wishing star.
Admiral(smirks):I think not. I would never hand over the star to the likes of you!
Apu:Stubborn as usual.

Admiral get into his fighting stance which is ninjutsu.(Don't know if thats an actual stance or not)

Apu:I have no time for a fight. How about I just kill you and take it.

Apu disappears and reappears right in front of the Admiral. He is full of shock. Apu sticks his sword into his stomach and goes through his back. Blood splashes over the floor.

Papaline(Concerned):Admiral!!

Papaline tries to run over there but is hit the back of his head by a soldier's sword. Apu swung his sword to get him off. The Admiral hits the wall and falls the the ground. With blood quickly oozing out of him. His eyes blurry he sees Apu walk towars the star. Admiral closes his eyes.

Admiral:Wishing Star grant me one final wish. I wish for you to hide yourself from the likes of him. You know where to go.

Apu gets closer to the and suddenly it vanishes. He is shocked.

Apu(shocked):What!

He looks over to the Admiral angerily.

Apu:You!!

Apu grabs him by his collar and lifts him up.

Apu:Where is it?
Admiral(smiling):You'll(coughs blood up) never find it.
Apu(angry):You just killed this village.

He throws him to the wall. He turns to his top soldier.

Apu:Burn this village down! Leave nothing Left! You hear me! Nothing!
Soldier:Yes sir.

(Outside)

Soldiers started burning the homes of the Makulla people with torches. House begun to collaspe. One man is seen on fire after running out of his house. The soldiers laugh as the man falls burnt to a corpse. Apu is on his horse smilling wickedly.

Soldier:Looks like he could of used some water.

The soldiers laugh. Apu just continues to smile. He turns to his soldiers.

Apu:Soldiers! Out!

Him and the soldiers rode out off the village. The village continues burning.

(Fade to Black the Opening Credits)

Chapter 2-A-Rank Mission A/N-Makulla prounounced Ma-Kul-la

(Makulla Village)

Makulla Village is in rumbles. Smoke from the fire is still seen. Remaining bricks of the castle begin to move. Papaline removes the bricks off of him. He stares at a once beautiful village.

Papaline(shocked):My God! This can't be My vision- My vision has come true. (whispers):I must find the wishing star but I can't do it alone.

(Naruto's Dream)

The surrondings is dark. Naruto is in his usual attire. He sees Saskue in attire before he left Konoha. Saskue is smirking at him. Naruto begins running towards him.

Naruto(his hand is reaching for him):Saskue! Saskue!

Everytime Naruto gets close Saskue backs further away. Naruto stops running. Saskue turns around and walks away with his hands in his pocket.

Saskue(sternly):You'll never catch me Naruto. Give up.

(Naruto dreams ends)

Naruto opens his eyes. He sits up and begins to rub his eyes. He looks up to the ceiling.

Naruto(determined): I will find you Saskue. Thats promise of a lifetime.

He gets out of his bed. He heads over to his closet to get out his attire. He begins to dress. After fully dressed, he puts head protector. He points. With a determined look.

Naruto:Today is the day!
Kakashi:What are you babling about?

He turns to see Kakashi at his window.

Naruto(smiles):Kakashi sensi.
Kakashi:Come Naruto. The Fifth Hokage has mission for us.
Naruto:She located Saskue.
Kakashi:No she hasn't.

Naruto's head lowers with a sad expression.

Kakashi:Lighten up Naruto. Let's go.
Naruto:Right sensi.

(Hokage's Office)

Naruto and Kakashi walk in to see Hokage Lady Tsunade, Papaline, Sakura, and Rock Lee.

Naruto:Sakura! Fuzzy Brows!
Rock Lee:Hello Naruto.
Sakura:Hi Naruto.
Lady Tsunade:Sorry to say we don't have time for greetings.

Naruto, Sakura, and Rock Lee turn to the Hokage with serious looks.

Lady Tsunade:Papaline here has something to explain before I tell you your mission.

Kakashi looks over to Papaline.

Kakashi:Papaline. Long time no see my friend.
Papaline:Yes it has and I wish it wasn't under these circumstances.
Kakashi:Circumstances?
Papaline:Yes. Makulla Village was attacked by an monsterous man.
Naruto:Monterous Man?
Papaline:Yes. He goes by the name Apu. He very cold blooded. I'm going get straight to the point. I had vision Makulla will fall and it did.
Sakura:What was this Apu after?
Papaline:The wishing star.
Rock Lee(confused):Wishing Star?
Kakashi:So the admiral really had the wishing star after all.
Papaline:Yes (lowers his head with a sad expression):And it cost him his life.

Kakashi eyes widen.

Kakashi:The Admiral.

Papaline nods.

Sakura:Sensi. Who is the Admiral?
Kakashi:A great man.

Naruto, Rock Lee and Sakura look at Kakashi.

Papaline:Umm umm. Apu found the wishing star but the Admiral sent it away before he died. Angered by this Apu burns the village. Eveyone of my people killed.

He clutches his fist so does Naruto.

Naruto(Angery):What kind of Person?

Lady Tsunade interrupts.

Lady Tsunade:This brings us to the mission. You will accompany Papaline finding the star. This A Rank Mission.

Naruto jumps up smiling.

Naruto:Yeah!
Papaline:I assure you this is not going to be easy.

Naruto looks at him seriously. He smirks at him.

Naruto:I assure you I will find that star. Believe It!
Sakura:Naruto.

Rock Lee smiles.

Kakashi:What is your reason for finding the Star?
Papaline:Isn't it obvious? I'm going to restore Makulla.
Kakashi:Right.
Rock Lee:So when do we go on this mission?
Lady Tsunade:Now.

(Gates of Konoha)

Naruto, Rock Lee, and Sakura are waiting for Kakashi and Papaline.

Sakura:Should of known He'll be late.
Naruto(sighs):Hes always late.

Kakashi and Papaline appear.

Kakashi:Sorry for being late me and Papaline had to save buring building.
Naruto and Sakura:Liar!
Rock Lee:How exactly are we going to find the star.
Papaline:I have a clue to where it might be.
Rock Lee:Where?
Papaline:Land of the Lost.
Naruto(confused):Land of the Lost.
Sakura:What is the Land of the Lost?
Papaline:The Land of the Lost is a place either something that are lost go or you cand send something valuable there to keep enemies from getting to it. I'm just going off suspiction. It might not be there.
Naruto:Well, What are waiting for? Lets get going!

Naruto heads for the gate.

Kakashi:Naruto Wait!

Naruto stops and turns to Kakashi. Kakashi looks at Papaline.

Kakashi:Its more isn't it?
Papaline:Yes. I'm sure by now every village has heard about the star and will be seeking it. This may turn in bloody goose hunt.

Naruto, Rock Lee, and Sakura eyes widen. Naruto then smirks.

Naruto:This just got more exciting. I'm ready to kick butt. Believe It!

Papaline looks at him.

Papaline(Thinking):What is with this kid?
Kakashi:We wasted enough time. We should get going.
Naruto, Rock Lee, and Sakura:Right!

They walk out the gate with Naruto in front. Rock Lee to the left and Sakura to the right. Kakashi and Papaline are behind side to side.

(Apu's Baseground)

Apu turns to his top soldier

Apu:I want you to gather our best troops, go trough every village to find that star. Kill anyone who stands in your way.

He salutes him and walks out.

(Woods)

Naruto, Rock Lee, Sakura, Papaline, and Kakashi is heading to village named Saranin. (Pronounced Sa-ra-nin)

Naruto:I really they have a ramen shop. I'm starving.
Sakura(sighs):Now is not the time to think about food, idiot.

Her stomach growls.

Sakura(thinking and holds here stomach):Eventhough I'm hungy myself.

Naruto grins.

Naruto:Looks like I'm not only one hungry. huh Sakura?

He pointed at her stomach. She punches him in the face. He falls to the ground.

Naruto(stutters):w why?
Sakura:Idiot.
Kakashi:Naruto! Sakura! no time for jokes!

Naruto gets up.

Sakura:Kakashi sensi?
Kakashi:I smell smoke.
Papaline:As do I.
Rock Lee:I think somethings on fire.

A man from the Saranin village is running towards them.

Naruto:Who is that?
Man:Help! Help!

The man falls down. They rush to him.

Sakura:What happened?
Papaline:He passed out. I'll try to read his mind.
Naruto:You can do that?
Papaline:Yes.

Papaline puts his hands on the man's temples. He sees images of Apu's soldiers burning houses down. Papaline's eyes widen and lets go.

Kakashi:Whats wrong?
Papaline(worried):Apu is in the vilalge. Hes destroying it looking for the star.
Naruto(angery):Urgh!! We have to hurry.

Naruto runs straight for the village.

Kakashi:Naruto!

Next Chapter Battle in Saranin Village

Chapter 3
Battle in Saranin(Sa-ra-nin)

(Saranin Village)

A woman is holding her baby running from a soldier. Smoke is everywhere. Homes were collaspsing. The woman trips but is griping her son to her chest. The soldier approaches her slowly.

Soldier:Where is the star!
Woman:I don't know!

She screams loudly.

Soldier:Too bad for you.

The soldier raises his sword and swings it about to hit her, the woman closes her eyes. A cling sound is heard. The woman looks up to see Naruto. He blocked the sword with his kunai. The soldier is shocked to see him.

Soldier:What are you doing here kid?

Naruto is showing an angered expression.

Naruto:How dare you attack a defenseless woman and child!
Soldier:Why you!

Naruto deflected the soldiers sword. He jumps and kicks him the chin. The force lifts the soldiers head up. Blood squirts from his mouth. He falls on his back. Naruto lands on his feet. The woman and child look on shocked. Naruto turns to her and grins. The soldier gets up and whips the blood from his mouth.

Soldier:You'll pay for that brat!
Naruto:Really. Cause your the one on the ground.

Naruto found himself surronded by other soldiers. He looks to the woman.

Naruto(serious tone):Take your children and run.
Woman:Yes.

The woman gets up and runs.

Soldier:How noble. I'll show you what happens to heroes.
Naruto:Bring it on.

Sakura, Rock Lee, Kakashi, and Papaline is running to Naruto.

Sakura(Angry):Naruto!!!

Naruto turns to them.

Naruto:Sakura, Fuzzy brows, Kakashi sensi!

They stop next to him. Sakura punches Naruto, he spins and falls the ground.

Sakura:Idiot! You shouldn't run off from the team like that. It could of been a ambush!

She is holding her wrist. She sighs.

Naruto:Sa-kura

She looks around the village. He face saddens.

Sakura:This is just terrible
Naruto(getting up):Yeah.

Papaline looks at the soldier in the middle.

Papaline:I recognize you. (the soldier looks up) Your Apu's top soldier.

Soldier(wickedly):Yes my name is Kyru Harmoni.

Kakashi:Umm. You don't say. I never thought I'll meet you here.

(Slow Motion)-Naruto, Rock Lee, Sakura look at him.-(Slow Motion)

Rock Lee:Kakashi sensi. You know of him.
Kakashi:Yes. He's a ninja from the Hidden Village of Dinosaurs.
Naruto(shocked):What!
Rock Lee(shocked):Thats not possible. Dinosaurs are extinct.
Sakura:Yeah.
Kakashi(sighs):Don't take it literally.

(Flash Back)

Kakashi(Narrative):All ninjas of the Hidden Village of the Dinosaurs perform jutsus that have something to do with dinosaurs.

Ninjas of the Dinosaur vilage is fihgting Ninjas of the sand. One dinosaur performed a jutsu that charkra formed a Trysaratops(I know that spelled wrong).

(Flash Back Ends)

Rock Lee:I see.
Kyru(Annoyed):Enough talking. Your in the way!
Papaline:You'll pay for what you did to Makulla.

Papaline runs toward him in blind rage. He pulls out a kunai.

Naruto(shocked):Old Man!
Kakashi:Papaline!

Running towards him. Kyru did hand signals.

Kyru:Trysaratops Stampede Jutsu!!!

A storm of Trysaratops came running towards him. Papaline stops. He frozen in place.

Papaline(scared):Ahh!

As they got closer, Naruto jumps in and picks him up before they hit him. The Trysaratops vanish. Naruto had taken Papaline back to the group. Papaline looks up to Naruto, who is staring at Kyru instensively. The soldiers smirk.

Naruto:I'll never forgive you!!!!
Kyru(smirks):What are you going to do about it brat?

Naruto puts his two pair index and midle fingers together. Kyru raises and eybrow.

Naruto:Shadow Clone Jutsu!!!

Five clones of Naruto appear.

Kyru:Umm. Interesting.
All Narutos:You'll pay for what you did to this village!!!!!

All of them ran towards Kyru. He smirks.

Kyru:Useless.

He pulled out his sword, which is shape like Trysaratops. One of the clones swing but he dodges and cut through him. The clone poofed. Another clone swings and missed. He cuts that one too. And it poofs.

Naruto(irritated):****!
Kyru:Its useless you can't-

Before he could finish Rock Lee had kicked him in the face. Knocking him to the ground. Rock Lee has his left hand raised out. Right hand is behind his back.

Rock Lee:You shouldn't overestimate yourself.
Naruto:Fuzzy brows!!

Kyru gets up. He whipes the blood off his face.

Kyru:Lucky shot.(smirks)Soldiers! Attack!

The soldiers begin to runs towards them.

Naruto:Damn. Maximum Shadow Clone Jutsu!!!

Fifty of his clones appear.

Rock Lee:Never cease to amaze me Naruto.

Naruto grins. The battle begins. The soldiers attacks the clones. One soldier attacks a clone but is met with a knee to his face. Causing a tooth to come out of his muth.

Rock Lee:Ah. The passion of youth is on my side.

The soldiers take their swords out. The Naruto take out their Kunais.

Naruto:Lets finish this quickly Fuzzy brows.
Rock Lee: Right Naruto. Let the passion of youth overflow.
Naruto(frowns):Right.

Naruto and Rock Lee run towards the soldiers. Kyru looks Kakashi.

Kyru:Ah! Kakashi Hatake, the copy ninja.

Kakashi looks to him.

Kakashi:Heard of me huh?
Kyru:Prepare yourself!

Kyru throws three kunais at him. Kakashi jumps and dodges it. Kyru appears behind him while their in the air.

Kyru:Too slow.(Performing hand signals)Tyradactle Attack!!

A huge charkra in form a Tyradactle appeared and his wings wrapped around him.

Kakashi:Ah!

Naruto punches a soldier and looks up to see Kyru's attack on Kakashi.

Naruto:Kakashi sensi!!!

The Tyradactle drops towards the ground in tremedous speed.

Sakura:Kakashi sensi. (She begins to run toward him.)
Naruto:I have to hurry!

Naruto run towards Kakashi. But he was too late. The attack hits the ground. The impact blew Naruto to the ground

Kyru:Umm. I guess the copy ninja isn't so great.
Kakashi:You should underestimate your opponent.
Kyru:What!

The Kakashi on the ground poofe and it was log of wood.

Kyru:Replacement. Should of known.

Naruto puts his fist up.

Naruto:Yeah.

Apu appears. All the soldiers stop fighting. Kyru dorpped to the ground. Apu approaches him.

Kyru:Yes master?
Apu:The star is not here. Move out!

Naruto clutches his fist and grunts.

Naruto(angered):Your not going anywhere!

Apu turns around and smiles at him. The he does an hand signal justu so fast neither Rock Lee, Sakura, Papaline, Naruto, or Kakashi can see.

Kakashi(Thinking):He's fast.
Apu:Tyradactle Wind Attack!!

Chakra in form of a Tyradactle appears from his back. It begins flapping its wings.

Rock Lee(shocked):He forming wind using chakra.

Naruto, Rock Lee, Kakashi, Sakura, and Papaline cover their face with their arms in blocking positions. The wind begins to increase. They being to slide back. Kyru is smiling wickedly.

Kyru:You can't escape the masters wind jutsu.

The wind begins to pick up again. Sakura lifts to the sky and into the woods.

Naruto:No! Sakura!
Rock Lee:Sakura!

Papaline soons lifts to the air but Kakashi graps him. They both fly off somewhere into the woods.

Naruto:Papaline! Kakashi sensi!

Naruto to looks to Apu angerily. He begins to slide back.

Rocke Lee:Naruto!

Naruto looks to Rock Lee.

Rock Lee:I'm going to try and attack.
Naruto(grining):Right. I'll back you up.

Rock Lee gives his nice guy pose. When he did that, he lifts to the air and flies in the direction Sakura went.

Naruto:Fuzzy Brows!

Apu smiles.

Apu:Seems like your the only one left. Your a stubborn one, I think I have to take it up notch. Ah!

The wind picks up and Naruto lifts the sky.

Naruto:Ahh!

He is blown to unknown destination in the woods. Apu jutsu stops. Kyru appears beside him faceing him. He salutes Apu. Apu gives an angry expression and smack Kyru. Blood squirts out his mouth. Kyru turns to face him.

Apu:You couldn't handle this! I'm very disappointed.

Kyru holds a sadden expression but lifts his head up and nods.

Kyru:Sorry Master.
Apu:No Appologies! Assemble the soldiers and move out.

Apu walks off. Kyruholds his head down. He lifts his head up with a stern face and turns to his soldier.

Kyru:You heard him. Move Out!!!

The soliders follw Kyru out of the village, which is completely demolished.

Chapter 4
The Seperated Teams

Its dark and the stars are twinkling in the sky. Rock Lee is laying on the ground. His arms and legs spread. Sakura had hit a tree. He flickers his eyes open. He sits up and rubs his head. Looking over to Sakura, his eyes widen.

Rock Lee:Sakura!

He runs over to her. Her arms are badly bused. Blood had seemed to have leaked from her mouth. Lee begins to shake her.

Rock Lee:Sakura.

Sakura moans and slowly opens her eyes.

Rock Lee helps her up. Sakura looks around the Dark Woods.

Sakura:Where are we?
Rock Lee:Apu's jutsu seems to have blown us here.

Sakura looks around quickly.

Sakura:Naruto!, Kakashi sensi, and Papaline!
Rock Lee:My guess is they were blown into another part of the woods. Naruto maybe still fighting. Either way we have to meet back up with them.
Sakura:Yeah.

Sakura shows a worried expression. Rock Lee puts his hand on her shoulder.

Rock Lee:Don't Sakura, we'll find them.

He gives her a nice girl pose and smiles brightly. Sakura smiles sweetly.

Sakura:Right.!

(Center Woods)

Kakashi is leaning on the tree. Papaline is siting by the fire.

Papaline:Seems we got seperated.
Kakashi:Yes. The others should be around. We should start to look for them.
Papaline:Very well. But lets make it quick. We must find the star.
Kakashi(looks to him):We will.

(Deep Woods)

Naruto is layed on his back sleep, snoring. Villagers who have escaped from Saranin surrond him. The woman with the child he had saved begin to shake him.

Woman:Wake up there.

Naruto continues to sleep.

Woman:Hello!

Naruto pops up quick and looks around.

Naruto:Wher, Where is everyone? Kakashi sensi!, Sakura, Fuzzy Brows, and Papaline!

Memory hits him.

Naruto:Oh yeah. That Apu guy. Where is he?

The villagers tremble with fear at the mention of his name. Naruto notices.

Naruto:Right. So you guys are from Saranin.

The woman nods.

Woman:My name is Kyra Minata and this is my son Haku.

The boy is smiling at Naruto. Naruto grins back at him.

Kyra:I want to thank you for saving me and my child.
Naruto(smiling):Hey its no problem. I'm a ninja, it my duty.

Kyra smiles. Naruto gives a wide grin. A man in a torn brown shirt with tan shorts with spiky hair walks up to them.

Man:Hes not coming with us.
Kyra:But Byran-
Byran:He'll bring trouble.
Kyra:He save my life. We owe him.
Byran:No. We must move and find that Wishing Star to restore our village.

Naruto stands up.

Naruto:I'm coming.
Byran(angery):I already told you no!
Naruto(sternly)(pointing at him):Look! We're also searching for the star. If we work together we can find it quicker. Plus if Apu gets it the whole world is in danger.

Byran thinks on the situation. He then looks to Naruto.

Byran(sighs):Fine.
Naruto:But we have to find my friends. I know their in these woods somewhere.
Byran:We don't have time. Were going to find the star. I have no time to worry about your friends.
Naruto:I'll never abandon my friends. Never!
Kyra:They tried to save our village. We can atleast return the favor. Byran.

Byran grunts and Naruto grins while Kyra chuckles.

(Front Woods)

Sakura and Rock Lee continue to search for the team.

Sakura:I hope we find them soon.
Rock Lee:Umm(place his finger over his mouth in a thinking way)Kakashi is good at tracking people down. So he might just find us. Hes probably most likely with Papaline as well.
Sakura:Your right. I don't know why I am worrying.

Kakashi and Papaline stand side by side. Papaline looks to him.

Papaline:We should hurry.
Kakashi:I know.

He raises his thumb to his mouth and bites down on it slightly. He then slams his hand down to the ground.

Kakashi:Summoning Jutsu!

Black letters spread from his fingers and across the ground. He lift his hand up. And smoke emerges and clears. A little dog with an leaf village head protector appeared. The dog looks up to Kakashi.

Pakkun:Kakashi. Long time.
Kakashi:Yes it has been Pakkun. But we have to skip greetings. We have a problem.

Pakkun looks up to him.

Kakashi:I need you to track down Naruto, Lee, and Sakura.
Pakkun:Umm. Whats been going on?

They turn to see Saskue with his head down. You can't really see his face but just a shadowy figure. He looks up and shows his sharigan eyes.

Orchimaru:He stays. He still needs to train.

Orchimaru:Kabuto. Where is the guy located?
Kabuto:It seems he was last seen in Saranin. Its a small village.

Orchimaru smiles wickedly.

Orchimaru:I guess were going to Saranin.

He sticks out his snake like tongue.

Apu is sitting in his chair looking at Kyru. Kyru has his head bowed with his arms to his sides.

Apu:You know I am disappointed in you, Kyru.

Apu smirks at him.

Apu:I'm going to give you a chance to redeem yourself.

Kyru lifts his head and stares at Apu questionably.

The Hokage slams her fist onto the desk, nearly cracking it. The two jounin jumped when she had did it.

Lady Tsunade:Are you sure?
Jounin:Yes, we are very positive. The men who destroyed Papaline's village are from the Land of the Dinosaurs.
Lady Tsunade:This is bad. (jumps up)They're going to need back up.

(Apu's Baseground)

Kyru is pacing back and forth. Bandits is facing him.

Bandit:What is it that Apu commands of us?
Kyru:Listen Up! (stops pacing and faces them) The master wants you to go into the woods and locate and individual that can bring what he wants.
Bandit:And whis is this individual?
Kyru:His name is Papaline.

Chapter 5
Bandits of the Dinosaur Village

Hinata, Kiba, and Neji stand in front of the Hokage's desk.

Neji:Lady Tsunade. Whats going on?
Lady Tsunade:As you know Team 7 has went on a mission to retrieve a star.

The group nods.

Lady Tsunade:We just recieve update on the mission. Team 7 may need back up.
Neji:Why? They have Kakashi. How is sending Genin going to help?
Lady Tsunade:As you know our defenses have been weakened. Were going to need mostly our Chounin and Jounin here.
Neji(nods):Of Course.
Kiba:Bring it on. Ain't that right Akamaru!

Akamaru barks. Hinata fumbles her fingers.

(Deep Woods)(Night_

Naruto is running around the woods.

Naruto:Sakura!, Fuzzy brows, Kakashi sensi!

Byran grabs Naruto's mouth.

Rock Lee had made a fire. Him and Sakura sit in front of it. Sakura looks around.

Sakura:You know, these woods look creepy at night.
Rock Lee:Don't worry Sakura, like I always say I'll protect you with my life.

Sakura smiles.

Sakura:I know Lee.(looking to the stars)At least the stars are out. Their so beautiful.

Rock Lee looks at her lovingly. Suddenly noise is heard. Sakura jumps. Rock Lee jumps in front of her in protective way. Kakashi, Papaline, and Pakkun come out of the bushes.

Sakura:Kakashi sensi!

Sakura runs to him and gives him a hug. She lets him go as he smiles down at her.

Kakashi:Glad you guys are okay.
Rock Lee:Yeah. But no sign of Naruto.
Kakashi:I'm sure hes fine. You know Naruto.
Rock Lee, Sakura, Kakashi:Konoha's number one ninja in surprises.
Kakashi:We should take shelter here. We continue search for Naruto tomorrow.

(On the hill above the woods)a

The Bandits stare onto the woods. The Bandit Boss stands in front noding his head.

Bandit Boss:We move out at dawn. For now we sleep.

(Deep Woods)

The villagers continue to head out the woods.
Kyra taps Byran on the shoulder. He turns to face her.

Kyra:Let's take shelter here. Haku is getting tired.
Byran:Very well. Alright everyone! We stop here.
Naruto:What about my friends?

Kyra looks at Naruto.

Kyra:I promise we'll look for them tomorrow. We've searching for hours.
Naruto(nods):Right. I hope their okay.

The sun rises and sunlight hits the faces of Kakashi, Papaline, Rock Lee, and Sakura. Papaline is the first to wake up. He stands up and yawns.

Papaline:Its time.

He stretches, a net flies toward him. The net pushes him into a tree. It wraps around the tree. Rock Lee, Sakura, and Kakashi jump up. Kakashi looks to Papaline stuck to the tree by the net.

Kakashi:Papaline.
Sakura(nervous):Kakashi sensi.

She points to the bandits. Their are nearly forty of them.

Kakashi:This could be trouble.
Bandit Boss:It doesn't have to be. Just let us collect and were on our way.
Kakashi:(looks to Papaline and back to the boss)What do you want with him?
Bandit Boss:Thats not your concern.
Kakashi:Then I'm sorry your not getting him.
Bandit Boss:I was hoping you'll say that.
Rock Lee(stepping up):Before this escalates any further I humbly suggest you step down.

The bandits at him and laughs. Rock Lee frowns.

Bandit Boss:Bushy hair thin hes tough.
Kakashi:I wouldn't take him lightly.
Sakura:Who are you guys anyway?
Bandit Boss:Well you see(looks at Sakura seductively) Sweetheart.

Bandit Boss:Wer from the Dinosaure Village.
Rock Lee:More of you guys.

Kakashi:Their soldiers and ninjas. You guys are just hire workers, basically.
Bandit Boss(annoyed):Guess you can say that. But enough talking. were getting him. Get in our way you'll die.
Kakashi:(fighting pose)Like I said your not getting him.
Rock Lee:Stay back Sakura, guard Papaline.

Rock Lee gets in his fighting pose. Sakura runs to get in front of Papaline. Kakashi turns to Pakkun.

Kakashi:Find Naruto.
Pakkun:Right.

Pakkun runs deep into the forest. Kakashi face the bandits. Rock Lee is standing by his side.

Papaline:Get me out of the this net!

(Deep Woods)

Naruto, Byran, Kyra, and the other villagers continue to search. Byran get close to Kyra to whisper in her ear.

Byran:I don't like the idea of going back. Those soldiers could still be there.
Kyra:I know but we owe him.
Byran:No actually you owe him.

Naruto turns to them.

Naruto:Hey. What are you guys whispering about?
Kyra:Nothing Naruto.
Naruto:Oh. Well, I really appeciate you guys helping me find my friends.

Kyra smiles sweetly at him. Byran grunts.

Kyra:It not a problem Naruto.

The bushes raddle and they all the face it to see who or what it might be.

Naruto:Kyra you guys stay behind me.

Pakkun walks out the bushes.

Byran:Its a damn dog.
Naruto:Pakkun. What in the world are you doing here?
Pakkun:Kakashi sent me to find you.
Naruto:Really! Hes okay!

Kyra(confused):Did that dog just talk?
Byran:Yeah I-I- think so.

Naruto:Oh. Kyra this Pakkun. He's a tracking dog. Kakashi summons him. Pretty cool huh?
Kyra:Ah yeah.
Pakkun:Hate to cut the greeting but we have to go.
Naruto:Right. The star.
Pakkun:No its another problem.

Pakkun:Bandits from the Dinosaur Village have Kakashi and the others conored.

Chapter 6
Konoha United We Stand

(Deep Woods)

Naruto and Pakun are jumping tree to tree.

Naruto:How far is it?
Pakkuun:Not that far ahead.
Naruto:Lets hurry. I don't want to miss the battle.

Pakkuun smirks.

Pakkuun:Don't worry, I'm sure Kaskashi and the others can hold their own.

(Somewhere outside of Saranin)

Kabuto and Orchimaru are standing side by side.

(Center Woods)

Rock Lee round house kicked one of the Bandits. Kakashi throws a 3 kunais 3 bandits in the chest. Rock Lee and Kakashi approach each other back to back.

Rock Lee:Sure is a lot of them.
Kakashi:Yeah. Don't worry.
Rock Lee:I'm not(looks to the guy)Guy sensei.

Kakashi pouts.

Bandit Boss:You aren't tired are you?
Kakashi:Not a chance.

Rock Lee runs left and Kakshi runs right, both taking out soldiers. Most of the soldiers were taken out. The Bandit Boss stands with three soldiers behind him.

Kakashi:This ends now.
Bandit Boss:On the contrair. Its just begun.

He snaps his finger. Kakashi, Rock Lee, and Sakura found themselves surronded by hundreds of Bandits.

Sakura:You gotta be kidding me. Where did all these bandits come from.
Kakashi(looks to Sakura):Protect Papaline!
Sakura(nods):Right.

Bandit Boss turns to the other Bandits.

Bandit Boss:Get Papaline! Nothing else matters!

All the bandits run towards them.

Kakashi:Prepare yourselves.
Rock Lee:The passion of youth flows within me.

Rock Lee and Kakashi begin to fight the bandits. Few of the Bandits slip pass and head straight for Sakura.

Rock Lee and Kakashi(concerned):Sakura!!!

Sakura gets in fighting stance.

Sakura:Okay I can do this. I can do this.

One of the bandits swing at Sakura. She ducks and uppercuts him, he falls to the ground. One of the bandits punches her in the face she falls to the ground.

Bandit(looking at her butt):I can have fun with her.
Rock Lee:Sakura! No!

Rock Lee heads to her but is hit from the back. The bandit gets close to her but is kicked in the face by Naruto. He looks at the bandit with anger.

Naruto(angerly):Don't you ever try to touch Sakura again!!! I'll kill you!!!!

Sakura looks up to see Naruto. She smiles at him.

Sakura:Naruto.

Naruto looks around to see all the Bandits.

Naruto(thinking):Wow. Their show is a lot of them.
Bandit Boss:One more doesn't mean anything.
Naruto:How about we even the odds. What do you say sensei?
Kakashi:Umm. Alright Naruto. Lets do it.
Naruto:Shadow Clone Jutsu!!
Kakashi:Shadow Clone Jutsu.

Hundred of Naruto and Kakashi clones appear.

Naruto:What do you guys say? Ready for another round.
Kiba(o.s.)Now I know you guys aren't going to fight without us.

Kakashi, Naruto, Sakura, Rock Lee and the bandits look up to see Kiba, Neji, and Hinata on a tree looking down on them.

Naruto:Neji, Kiba, Hinata What are you guys doing here?
Hinata(fumbling her fingers)We came...to...help...you Naruto Kun.
Kiba:We couldn't let you guys have all the fun. Right Akamaru.
Akamaru:Arf!!!

Neji, Kiba with Akamaru, and Hinat jump down next to Naruto. Rock Lee and Kakashi join them. Sakura gets up. Rock Lee turns to her.

Rock Lee:Are you okay?
Sakura:Yeah I'm fine Lee.

The group faces the bandits. One of the bandits approach the boss.

Bandit:What are we going to do? Were out numbered.
Bandit Boss:Just get the prize. I'll take care of the rest.

All the clones of Naruto and Kakashi aurrond them. Neji, Rocke Lee, Hinata and Kiba get in fighting stances.

Kakashi:Alright everyone be on your toes. Don't take them lightly.
All:Right!
Bandit Boss:Charge!!

The battle begins. As the Bandits run towards the Genin and one Jounin of Konoha. Naruto runs straight towards them.

Naruto:Bring it on.
Kiba:That idiot.
Neji:Lets back him up.

Kakashi stays back to guard Papaline with Sakura. The others back up Naruto. Naruto kicks a bandit in the face. The bandit flies back. Neji dodges a bandit and hits him in his chakra points.

Kiba:Fang over Fang!

Kiba gets on all four. Akamaru jumps on his head. Then he forms into another Kiba Both become cyclones and make their way through the bandits. The bandits fly into the air screaming. Kiba lands on all fours and Akamaru changes back.

Kiba:Don't tell me thats it. I was hoping for a good work out.

Rock Lee and Neji are standing back to back, surronded by Bandits.

Rock Lee(panting):Where are they coming from?
Neji:I don't know. But keep the from Papaline. I should finish this quickly. Byakugan!

Panel 360. Dark surronding only seen is Neji and the bandits.

Neji:Eight Trigrams and 64 Palms.

Nejin attacks the bandits i incredible speed, hitting their chakra points.

Neji:Two, Four, Ten

Rock Lee round house kicks a bandit. He looks to Neji taking out most of them. Then he looks to Sakura defending Papaline. Rock Lee clutches his fist.

Rock Lee:This is a proud momen. Konoha we stand united!. Guy Sensei if only you were here to see the youthful passion!

Tears roll down his eyes. Naruto looks to Rock Lee.

Naruto:Hey! Pull it together and get back to fighting.

Hinata hits two bandits in their pressure points. The Bandit Boss watches on as his comrades fall.

Bandit Boss:I didn't want to use this. But desprate times call for desprate mesaures.

The Bandit Boss claps his hands together. He forms a jutsu.

Bandit Boss:Art of Cloaking Jutsu!

Dark shaswos extended from his body, covering the whole area. Everyone stops fighting.

Naruto:What the?

Naruto begins to look around.

Naruto(thinking):I can't see anything.
Naruto:Hello! Anybody!
Kakashi:Naruto quiet!
Neji:Hinata! Use your Byakugen!
Neji adn Hinata:Byakugen!

Neji and Hinata look around. We see Naruto, Rock Lee, Sakura, Kiba, and Kakashi. They deactivate their Byakugen.

Kakashi:Neji?
Neji:They have him.
Kakashi:What?!(thinking)How could of he got pass me.

The dark cloak vanishes. Sakura looks around so does Rock Lee and Naruto.

Naruto:The bandits are gone.
Rock Lee:They've escaped.
Sakura:Not just that. They have Papaline.

Naruto, Kiba, Hinata, and Neji join them by the tree.

Naruto:Damn it. How could they've escaped so fast?
Neji:It was some kind of genjutsu.
Kiba:My nose couldn't track their scent. Even Akamaru couldn't.
Sakura:What kind of Bandits were they?
Kakashi:Not your average Bandits. They even put one over on me.

The genins look at him shocked. Naruto clutches his fst.

Naruto:Why are standing here lets go after them!!!
Rock Lee:I'm with Naruto. With Papaline, they can reach the Land of the Lost and obtain the star.
Kakashi:I agree also. But one of us is in no position to move.
Naruto:Huh?

Hinata passes out. Everyone rush to her side.

Naruto(worried):Hinata!
Kiba(worried):Hinata!

Hinat is laying on her stomach. Blood is coming from her stomach.

Sakura:What happened?
Neji:She was stabbed with a kunai.(thinking)Hinata why didn't you say anything?
Naruto(looks to Sakura):Sakura sanYou have do something!

Naruto expression is pleading.

Sakura:Hai!

Sakura runs to Hinat's side. The rest surrond them. Sakura begins to heal her. Neji looks to Naruto who is looking at Hinata worried.

Neji(thinking):Naruto?

The green glow vanishes as Sakura is done with healing process. Shelooks to the others.

Sakura:The wound has healed. But shes going to be out for a day or so.
Kiba:How could this of happened?
Naruto:Were suppose to be looking for each other.(thinking sadly)I should of been looking out for her.

He looks to Hinata.

Kakashi:We must take shelter. We'll move out for Papaline whe Hinata's up.
All:Hai.

(Apu's Undergroundbase)

Apu is sitting at his desk. The Bandits dragged Papaline in the office. Apu gets up from his seat and walks towards them. His hands is behind his back. Smiling evily. Papaline is struggling to get free. Apu reaches them. Papaline looks up to him.

Papaline:You will not succeed.
Apu:Oh yes I will. With you I will find the Wishing Star. You see I know the Admiral discussed to about the star.
Papaline:I don't know where its at. So your **** out of luck.
Apu(smirks)(looks to the Bandits):Take him to the torture chamber.

Papaline's eyes widen. The Bandits drag him out the office. Only people in the room now is Kyru and Apu.

Apu:You've done well.
Kryu(bows):Thank you master.
Apu:Go down to torture chamber and do what you do best.
Kyru(smiles at him evily):My pleasure.

He walks out. Apu smiles.
