The one main mistake I found was how Lex said the crest on Kara's bracelet had showed up all over town & in the Kawatche caves. That's not true. The symbol with the "8" is the one that appeared in the cave. He actually referred to the House of El crest as a symbol. In reality it's not a Kryptonian symbol, but instead a crest, but Lex doesn't know that. A "symbol" with an 'S' inside a diamond doesn't look too alien to me. I guess the symbols do look somewhat alike and due to Kara's mysterious roots, he is questioning it.
I think they created a mess out of this whole "8" & "S" thing. They still use both symbols but don't distinguish the difference between them. The main point I'm making is that specifically, the S shield/crest has not appeared on anything that Lex has seen AND remembered other than the bracelet. It only appeared on the following items:
1. The "S" crystal that Jor-El gave to Raya who gave it to Clark (Lex as Zod saw this, but lost all his memories as Zod).
2. The Phantom Zone exit console (Lex never saw that)
3. Kara's bracelet (Lex saw this)
4. Kara's Kal-El locator (seen in Kara; Lex never saw this)
5. Zor-El's mind erasing crystal (whether it's the same as #1 on this list, meaning Zor-El temporarily stole it, is still yet to be determined--Lex never saw this)
