I can't decide between a 3.5 or a 4. It's not up to par with that stretch of two or three episodes that were just excellent, but it's still better than the first season.

I actually quite enjoyed that. Much better than the last episode IMO and hopefully the next couple of episodes will build up to an awesome finally in a month's time! ;)

Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! I thought it was brilliant! My favorite quote from the episode is:
'I was taught never to speak ill of the dead. Even if they are still walking around'-Brilliant!
Also the chainsaw stopping was a great part!

I have to admit, I was prepared not to like this episode. I am not Gwen's biggest fan and I had heard that there was some bad-for-us-Janto-shippers stuff so....

I was pleasantly surprised. The Jack/Ianto stuff was great (Ianto with the wedding dress! Hee!), the shapeshifters were seriously freaky looking, and owen finally seems to be dealing with being Dead and moving on.

I loved that they retconned the guests (figured they would have to) and Ianto's line about being the "wedding fairy".

Much better than I expected.
