What will be interesting is, if (or when) he finds out, how will he manipulate this information on his behalf and how will that affect Chloe's life? Becoming a pawn to Lex Luthor is the last thing she'd ever want to be.

It sounds possible, that if he really did find out what happened, he'd want to capture Chloe and experiment on her until he was able to replicate the powers - for his clone army. Or maybe just mass produce clone Chloes. Clones to bring back dead super-powered clones (The Legion of Doom). That way, he wouldn't have to make so many of them constantly.

If they stick to the Lex that they created, he won't rest until he knows why he didn't die that day. I mean, think about the car accident. He held onto that for three solid seasons because he should have died and he didn't. He also, obviously, distrusts Lionel, so he shouldn't just believe the line about the serum. He should find out about Chloe somehow.
But they won't stick to the Lex they created. So who knows what will happen?

No he doesn't find out about her specific power but believes something may be different about her. Only because of the tests he did on her in Freak and when her mother could control Meteor Freaks by using her abilities to warn Chloe of Lex.

I think Lionel's lie was REALLY good. I don't see Lex having a burning desire to find out the details. However, if Oliver somehow... I don't know, if Lex somehow discovered the lie then he would have a burning curiosity.

Also, Chloe has been struggling to accept her powers and she's kept a low profile. As she becomes more comfortable and starts to maybe heal more people, then she'd be on Lex's radar more. But... that's not likely because the consequences of using her power are so unpleasant.
