First off, let me say I loved the episode. Not entirely sure why we needed to see insides Lex's psyche, we know he is evil, but still...
1. Lex gets shot in the middle of the forehead. How does this NOT kill him? Then, they "med-evac" him from freakin Detroit, to SMALLVILLE KANSAS.... gimme a break.....
2. No interaction at all with Clark and Kara. NONE. No, hey, Im your cousin, you have amnesia.... Its just, "Clark seems like a nice guy...." etc. Come on.....
3. Who/what was the lady who looked through the cracked glass at Clark? Or was it just the Evil Lex?

Lionel's doctors who seem to be able to do amazing fictional things (in this fictional show) kept him stable and in a coma. Wouldn't be the first time someone survived getting shot in the head, btw. Then Chloe healed him so he was brought out of the coma and there was no permanent damage.
2. No interaction at all with Clark and Kara. NONE. No, hey, Im your cousin, you have amnesia.... Its just, "Clark seems like a nice guy...." etc. Come on.....
It happened, we heard about it. Kara tells Lex about being back home with Clark in the last scene. It's a good way to cut for time, by having the scene convey the same message as two different scenes via dialogue.
3. Who/what was the lady who looked through the cracked glass at Clark? Or was it just the Evil Lex?
I'm pretty sure it was little boy/good Lex that looked through the glass.

The things that bothered me the most about this episode are the things that occurred in Offscreenerville....Lois/Kara bonding, Kara/creepy guy relationship...how Lex managed to find Kara, how Lois managed to get on his tail.
The fact that Kara believed Lex has good doctors who were able to heal his gunshot wound to the forehead without a scratch....need I go on.
This episode was so 'ya right...'

This episode was boring. It did not further any storyline.

I couldn't disagree more. This episode, though did not advance the storyline too much, did something very important---tie up some very important loose ends and show why Superman never kills Lex in the future.

I know. What's an episode without a Clana picnic under the oak tree? Or maybe a nice Clana snuggle in front of a roaring fire while Clark and Lana argue about who loves the other more?

I'd really like to know HOW, Lois knew about Kara ? guess we are to believe Chloe or Clark, maybe even Jimmy actually told her. Since Chloe and CK like keeping her, out of the loop........would have loved to have seen a scene.
