*cue whining about Lana taking Chloe's role and OMG being alive d*mn her!*

I think it's great seeing those three working together again. For so long one or the other of them have been completely at odds with the other two, and we're finally back to everyone being on the same page and working together again. I quite like it, then again my opinion isn't usually negative enough for many here. *shrugs*

Yeah, it's great. I like how there wasn't much tension between them too, so it just sailed smoothly until the big plot of the episode came up.

I agree.

I think the best part about it is that they took time away from interpersonal drama, and it gave us a chance to look at the characters and who they are becoming as individuals. As opposed to where they are going in terms of their current relationships, many of which are temporary or destined to fail. In this case, Lex, whose development into the Lex Luthor of lore is a crucial element of the story.

Yes, I agree as well. It was very nice that the trio were working together again. Although, I miss Pete! He made a great foursome. Scooby's gang

They were great together. I just wish tptb made it clear if Chloe and Lana are still friends or not.

It was nice to see them together again, but as I stated in another thread, I still think the writers just don't really know what to do with Lana anymore.

I liked the scene a lot, I feel Clark felt supported. It was actually nice.

Just one thing... if Clark and Lana decided to have another go to their relationship, why did Lana give him a kiss on the cheek? why not a soft, caring kiss on the lips?

Perhaps they still feel on rocky road. I actually was expecting for Chloe to give him a kiss on the cheek and Lana, one on the lips.

I agree with you that it was good to see them working together. Although I have to admit to agreeing with anyone whining about Lana taking Chloe's usual role. I would have preferred it if Lana and Clark were at the DP, but I guess I can understand why they wouldn't want to be doing research on Lex from the paper that he owns. But I do get the vibe that Chloe's role in the show is being slowly replaced by Lois and Lana. However, I am also getting the vibe that they are setting up Chloe to have a totally different role, with her new healing powers and work with Olliver. Now, I still havent' figured out if that role will be working for the JL, or if it will ultimately end with her laying down her life for Clark and being Clark's push to save the world. I don't hate either role for her, so I don't hate it.

My opinion is not usually that negative either, comparatively speaking. :)

I was so happy to see them all together again.
Theres been loads of tension in the fast few episodes.
Well, past few seasons actually. It was great to see they all still carry the chemistry for scenes together.
