Does anyone else find it interesting that in Tomb they comment how Smallville Medical Centre is only good for "scrapped knee's" Meanwhile they keep transferring everyone there. (Lois in wrath when she was in metropulis in the first place and Lex now, I'm sure there are other incidences.) Every time they do it i start to laugh lol.

Yeah, I thought it was funny, that Lex had a bullet wound in Detroit Michigan and was transfered to Smallville, Kansas for treatment... one hell of an ambulance ride.

did they actually show the name on the building or refer to the hospital as the smallville medical center because I am hoping its just a hospital in michigan that looks like smallville's

The Smallvile Medical Center should be in the opening credits. Its in every episode.

I think the next time lionel and lex are in the SMC lex should mention lionel medavacing him from detroit all the way to smallville.
