Why doesn't Clark know ?

If they are so close, why didn't she tell him, she's now working with Ollie ? Kind of came out of left field, didn't it ?

He probably doesn't know because he's been whining about Lana loving Biz better than me. Maybe if he had shut up for a few seconds, CHloe could have told him earlier.

His reaction seemed like a good reason to not tell him. She knows how protective he is of her...but she also knows she's a big girl, and cant let Clarks disapproving eye stop her from living her own life. I'm sure it would have come up, but Clark tends to rely on Chloe a little too much sometimes, so she knew he wouldnt be happy all around.
