About 600 or so. Lol, avtually i don't know!! Once though there was a kid at our school who talked about how he motorcrossed when he was 2, how he could beat up EVERYONE, and one day someone asked him how much he benched and he had to ask what that meant!! It was funny at the time..

I only did it once for two weeks in grade 9 gym class, where I was able to do 60lbs. I've been thinking about getting back to doing that sort of stuff (it's good for fencing and swimming) but we don't have the correct equpiment at home, and I can't join a gym at the moment (too far away and I can't drive).
Around 200. I use 160 for reps right now.

Smlvlchk - 125 lbs???? I weigh 120!! You can bench press me!!!! Lol ;) I actually don't do weight training so I don't know how much I can bench press. Hmmmmm probably 100 lbs? I'm not sure. I'm more into the fitness training stuff. The kind where you can lose all your baby fat and more. ;)

I don't know how much I could lift right now, but back when I was fat I could lift .. oh.. 210lbs. I think?
But I'm pretty sure I could lift my own body weight, which is about 128 lbs.

When I was in top shape, I used to be able to bench 350lbs. However, I injured my shoulder. I was able to rehab it. Right now, I max out at 320 lbs. My goal has always been able to do 400 lbs, and I am working hard on getting back to where I was at, and beyond.
I have been lifting for 7 years since I was 16. I am now 23.
If you are curious how much I weigh, it is 210lbs. I always respected people that could do a lot over their bodyweight. That is tough to do.

Back in High School, I could only max out at 325. But, I could lift over 1,500 on the hipsled. Now, I doubt if I could bench 200.

Since I'm built like a human pipe cleaner, I've always been stronger with my legs. Bench, I have no idea. Leg Press is upwards of 1500 lbs.

holy crap! are you serious? that is...wow...leg press i can do about 500...but wow....1000 more than that?!

I don't know what my max legpress was, as we only had 1500 lbs that would fit on the machine. I was doing sets of ten easily with that.

Before I was in the accident that screwed up my knee, I used to bet people that I could pick up the front/back of a vehicle enough that the tires didn't touch the ground. I won lots of money, but messed up my back doing that.

On Sept. 6, 2000 I was riding in the back of an armored truck when someone t-boned us at like 60 mph. Our truck rolled, and I was rolling aropund in the back of it. I stood up, and the bottom half of my left leg was just kind of dangling. All the tendons and muscles were severely stretched and strained. Then My knee swelled up really bad, and I couldn't bend it for like 6 months.
