While watching the episode I noticed that Clark has that "Lex look-alike"smug face whenever suggesting to Lana about teaming up to take down Lex. I first taught it was Tom's bad acting but then after the end I then suddenly taught it might be him acting as Bizarro trying to be Clark and not bring out his ego too much.

And how the heck do I login to this forum? I had to reset my password to do that. I can only logout even tho I'm not logged in.

Yes, and No. Lol!
They used "Gemini" to not only refer to Lex's project, but also to allude to the fact that Biz & Clark are like twins.
It was a foreshadowing of the ending.
