Well in my opinion, I think Jor-El has punished Clark for not listening to him once again and wiped Kara's memory and put her in a random State hehe..

I could be wrong but we saw Zor-El about to kill her but as Clark smashed the crystal, as we saw Kara, Lara and Zor-El disappeared.

I think Clark should expect some more bad things to happen to him as he Jor-El said to him at the end of the episode.

I think it would have been better if Kara was stranded in another country and maybe where English is not the first language there hehe..

I'm not sure Jor-El punished Clark by doing anything to Kara. didn't he warn Clark that Kara was dangerous? (perhaps in reference to what has happened this ep).

I was wondering if when the crystal was smashed if some of it didn't imbed itself in Kara, wiping her powers and memory in the process.

Detroit??? Hmmmm, maybe she'll join a Motown group and be on American Idol next :)

Well she always wanted to fit in and being part of American Idol is a good way to do that hehe...

I do hope we get an explanation of how and why Kara ended up in Michigan. Slightly similar to what happened to a main character in the first episode of Heroes season 2. I won't mention who as you may not have seen it yet.

The FOS did seem to light up at the end of the episode, so maybe Jor-El has had enough Clark?
