Well friends, I'll be leaving shortly to go away on a business trip, I may not be back until Monday but I'll miss all the fun at K-Site! Everyone have a great weekend whether you're working, studying or just kicking back! :D

I didn't get very much sleep last night and I have to work late shift tonight and be up for an 8am start tomorrow. I'm going to fall assleep on my desk if I'm not careful.

Today my band went to a regionals competition today, but we only got a silver placing (we were competing at a university level, level 500, when we should have done 400). So we aren't going to Edmonton for Nationals next year :( My sax also started to squeak a bit during part of my 2nd alto solo, so I stopped playing as soon as I could, and barely played during the rest of the pieces. I still feel really terrible and it's probably my fault we didn't get gold.
