Did Claire sense that HRG was lying to her?

She then asked him where he was, and questioned his answer. I thought the look on her face at the end of the call, expressed disappointment.

I picked up on that but I wasn't sure what to make of it. My thought on it, besides what you said, was possibly that it was possibly a reaction to the blatant lies she just told him and maybe wondering if he suspected anything.

I think she knows he's up to no good again, just not how.

I guess she knows he was lying(asking where he was and remember that he was not supposed to be in Odessa not until a year or two).But,she didn't fell good about it because she was not in position to judge him because she was lying to his face herself.Isn't this the thruth :D

Agreed, Claire's lying to her father about West (who seems intent on finding the guy with the Horn-rimmed glasses, i.e. her father) so it goes both ways here. What a great father-daughter relationship those two have.
