They always refer to him as a "he", but isn't Shelby a girl's name?

ya shelby is a boy and the dog playing him is a boy so i dont know. shelby is a girls name but it was named after marthas old dog i believe so ya. I dont know dogs can have any name i dont think it matters lol.

Shelby was going to return to the farm and help clark keep an eye on kara.On his way he got distracted by a rabbit, a bouncing ball, and got arrested by a dogcatcher in metropolis for being out on a thursday night without a license and the indescrimant humping of peoples legs. It was later learned that he he had a bench warrant in gotham for an "incident" with a mailman. He is to be extradited and appear before the court, At this time bail is set at 750,000$.

Shelby had read the spoilers and knew that Clark was getting a cape at the end and so flew off to find his own to match.

:D I have 2 theories:
1) Shelby was kidnapped by Lana too.:lol:

2) Shelby ranaway for her life when Lana moved to the farm, Shelby couldn´t handle the fact of living with such an evil witch, so I can imagine Shelby´s fear of being killed and coocked by Lana and be the dinner that Lana would prepared for Clark behind Clark´s back., she imagined Lana making dinner with the poor Shelby´s bones.

Well! I'm ticklishly Flabbergasted that Shelby inspires this much attention! I had No Idea. Therefore, I'm here to reveal Shelby's secret whereabouts. He's happily running all over that semi-large Kent Farm having independent, doggie Adventures. : D
