One thing is for sure: Clark didn't tell her that he is immortal, and not likely to get old. :\

I doubt we'll know the full extent of Clark or Kara's "immortality" for many episodes to come, if ever. I must admit, this episode was definitely better than others in the show's history (Magnetic, Thirst, Craving), and I especially liked the Kryptonian pendant. It's rather interesting that neither of them could completely decode it. In fact, it looks like a bigger version of Jor-El's necklace from "Relic", but with a different symbol.

That would be a good way to kill the moment:lol: Why tell her that, when he's hearing something hes wanted to hear his entire life?

Yeah, what's with that? The whole thing about how he even arrived on earth hasn't even come up! Is this something that is intentionally left out or are TPTB going to simply brush it under the rug like it suddenly doesn't matter after 6 years?

Because it would be the right thing to do? Because, this time, their relationship is supposed to be without lies or secrets? Unless the PTB are trying to tell us that, no matter what, there will always be lies and things not said between Clark and Lana. For once, I would like to see them really honest with each other.

Clark has known he is immortal, or, at least that he will outlive everyone since season 1. There was one episode with that blind woman who could see the future, and he saw himself surrounded by the graves of everyone he knew. Later on, he realized that there was a great possibility that he was never going to die. In season 2 (or 3, not sure), there was this boy that had visions, and he also told Clark that he could see everyone's death, but Clark had 'no end'. So, is show's canon that Clark is immortal, unless of course, kryptonite kills him.
