she obviously knows about his powers but does she know the other part of his secret yet. if you think back to freak the guy(cant think of his name) said that clark was not a meteor freak, she also knows that most meteor freaks only have one ability, she knows clark has impenetratable skin, heat vision, super speed and strength. the only other people she knows who have similar abilities to this were zods assistants in s5 epi-1. if you also remember she had been studying the meteor showers and realized that maybe another ship came down in the first shower and whatever came down could have been living with them and they didnt even know it. she also now this one gives lana a little more credit than she probably deserves but if she used that little brain of hers to connect all these dots than how about if she remembered that zods assistants had a weakness the meteor rocks, and clark use to always turn weird when around lana when she wore her necklace which had a meteor rock in it and then think of all the other times clark came in contact with meteor rocks when around lana but once again that would probably be giving her to much credit.
