why doesn't chlark just tell lana?

im confused..if both clark and chloe know about the facility and know about all the freaks being detained by lex, why don't they just tell lana?

she already has suspicions and knows hes hiding bad things behind her back, wouldn't she just leave him then, especially with the news of the baby and all?

Chloe tried once to tell her, so she figures Lana no way will listen now that she's Mrs. Luthor.
Plus what evidence do they have else I'm sure they would go to the authorities and turn Lex in.
Like Lana said, she will get thru this on her own.
She will formulate a plan to get far away from Lex, Lionel and Smallville.
But, she will need help.
Who else will she have to help her but Clark and Chloe?

Lana only want to talk/hear about Lex when she feels like it herself ;) - that's basically what she's been like most of this season . . .
